Phillip and his crew came out right away when our main line waste drain was severely clogged. They worked hard to remove the debris and cleaned up the basement perfectly. I highly recommend, especially if you have an old house with cast iron pipes.

I highly recommend Zoom Drain! Having an issue with your drainage lines is very stressful, but Zoom Drain was very prompt in setting up an appointment, explaining our options, and resolving the issue. Phillip previously worked at a residential plumbing contractor I used several times and when they told me he recently started Zoom Drain and referred me to him for the issue I knew I was in good hands. Phillip, Chris, and Amy are great to work with and I definitely recommend them!

Phillip was absolutely great to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient.

Our basement drain was not working and risking the health of very expensive heating appliances. I was terrified of incredibly costly repair to the pipe out to the sewer.

In the past, we had other professionals quote us upwards of $6,000 for repairs. Phillip unblocked the inner basement drain with his foot (there was plastic buried under mud. It was like a sixth sense on his part that others missed). That was free but invaluable.

Next he got the outside drain unclogged (it had leaf debris in it. Finally he replaced a pipe under the house for a drain that continuously blocks.

All told it cost me $1000. I tell you what best money I’ve ever spent, and Phillip made the process SO easy.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Zoom Drain. A locally owned family business with friendly and efficient staff that make dealing with plumbing issues a breeze.
My teenage children let me know, a few days later, of a backed up toilet and shower in our upstairs bathroom.
After my unsuccessful attempts at solving the issue I contacted Zoom Drain.
They sent out Phillip, an amazing plumber who was understanding and knowledgeable about the situation.
Within minutes the toilet was flushing again and the shower was draining.
Prior to the appointment we received a text message from Zoom Drain with a picture of Phillip and a brief biography so we knew who to expect at our door.
Price was affordable and I would certainly utilize the services of Zoom Drain for any expected or unexpected plumbing needs.

Zoom Drain came out and got me out of a huge mess and a real jam. Phillip and the entire crew were amazing to work with. If you get Austin out to your house - you are in luck there too - he's wonderful. I have used the 'roto' folks - they were way more expensive an didn't do the quality job I thought I paid for. Zoom is the real deal. 100%!

From the initial call with Amy to the onsite Techs (Christopher and Austin) explaining what was going on and how much it was going to cost, everyone was friendly and professional.

Our experience with Zoom Drain has been phenomenal. Phillip is professional, helpful, charismatic, and just an all around stand-up guy. He really knows what he’s doing when it comes to plumbing. Wow, was I impressed! I contacted Zoom Drain around 7:30 a.m. I received an immediate response, and called the company. Justin assured me that our issue (clogged toilet) could be repaired, and he gave me an approximate arrival time. As promised, the technician Austin called prior to let us know his arrival time. He explained the process and charges; made the repair, and collected payment after having me inspect the work. The whole encounter was done in less than 25 minutes! This appointment occurred 4 days before Christmas, which explained the lack of available plumbers. We heartily recommend Zoom Drain, and will be using their service again in the future. I’d like to add that Austin was knowledgeable, receptive to our questions, and humorous.

Absolutely Amazing Service. My toilet and sink were clogged. We had a competitor plumbing company come out to diagnose the problem. They claimed I had a major issue and would need a company that could use jetting technology to fix the "Major" problem. Absolutely terrified I called Zoom Drain as they have excellent reviews. The receptionist was very nice and scheduled a service call for the next morning. Austin and Jonah were prompt and extremely professional. They put me at ease immediately. They communicated every step of the way and had the problem solved quickly. Somehow a wash cloth got flushed. They were able to snake the drain and clear the sink too. They were extremely thorough and the price was very reasonable. I will be using Zoom Drain for all my plumbing needs! Highly Recommend!!!

This was my second experience with Zoom Drain, and it was just as professional and high-quality as the first. The technicians, Kris and Austin, arrived on time, less than 24 hours after my initial call. They were friendly and responsible, getting right to work and completing the job right the first time. Chris and Melissa did a great job removing my 16-year old sump pump and installing my new Goulds Effluent Pump!!

Chris also suggested drilling a ‘Weep Hole’ in the pipe before the check valve, to let the water drain after the pump shuts off. I thought Chris’ idea was great and showed how knowledgeable he is about plumbing!
