Did a great job of removing two very large old stumps without leaving a mess or damaging the yard or landscaping. Very respectful and courteous. Reasonably priced.

Extremely unprofessional DO NOT USE. I Never got a written estimate or invoice (I should know better, I know) but we discussed removing limbs from one side of a tree near our house and the limbs on the other side hanging on the electrical wires. I told him I’d have to budget for it and was debating just taking the whole tree down. About a week later he shows up out of no where and tells me he would not recommend anything more than trimming as “it’s a beautiful healthy tree” and stated that he would also be shaping the tree a bit “so it looks good” (David’s words) and blow out the front gutter that the tree would no longer be overhanging, once complete. I finally agreed and we scheduled for the morning of 9/10/24 He didn’t show up until the day after and my hubby was nearly out the door. He got paid in cash, then cut most of the limbs on one side and left. No one was home by then to stop him. A neighbor said he told them they would be back to finish. Between waiting for him to come back and he a man of his word, a couple illnesses, an injury, work, family obligations and emergencies we have had a lot on our plate to handle these past couple months so it took awhile to reach out and find out why they never finished (did David also get really sick, have a car accident, surgery or something else? Maybe). My teenaged daughter got ahold of David’s nephew who claimed we were never a customer of theirs and couldn’t help us (after multiple calls and messages over the course of a month). Well, when David was begging me to choose his company over one from out of town, he had told me that if I had any issues, just come on down to his house around the corner and he would resolve them. My daughter stopped by today and left a note. He called soon after saying he was on his way. Drove up real fast and got out of the truck hollering; at my kid!! I came out and he continued to yell and be dismissive saying we got what we paid for and that we wouldn’t have written the check if we weren’t satisfied with the job. (Remember, we paid cash when he arrived because it was not the day we agreed to and had to go to work) My daughter was very disturbed by his behavior and after he yelled in her face “I don’t even know why you are here, you weren’t there!” I asked him to stop yelling as no one else was and there was no need to. For about 10 seconds he did and tried to blame it on his poor hearing. I started to remind him of what was discussed and how it was not done but he just yelled and waved his hands some more, stormed off screaming “don’t you ever call me again for tree work!!” So sad to see a long standing company with decent reputation be represented in such a way and he think it’s ok. No respect or resolution. Trust me when I say, I will never refer this company over his actions and lack of professionalism to complete a job he begged for. Kinda makes you wonder if he pocketed the money and didn’t tell anyone he was doing the job…but that part is just speculation. (1st pic is before work, next two are after showing the side near the house not complete and the side near the street still on the wires)
