They even went to the city and got a permit in compliance with state and county regulations, before the work was performed. I was referred to Art’s Plumbing Services by a neighbor and am so grateful! After talking with Art over the phone as to what was happening with my kitchen sink, he told me the parts to get if I wanted to ahead of time and if they weren’t needed, I could always take them back. He also said he had the parts on his truck. Larry came out and was able to fix it in a timely manner using the parts I bought. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone. Art of Art's Plumbing Service is an exceptional dependable service personnel. My well pressure tank went out on my family and I the other evening and I immediately called Art. He answered his phone, but was unable to send someone at the last minute because of work load, but did tell me to call him the next morning and he would see if he could send someone in between their service call. I called Michael and Sons, in which they did send someone around 10:30 that night and the technician told me that I needed a new pressure tank because it was filled with water, but he was unable to repair it that night. He said the repair would cost me almost $2000, but was trying to do a complete repair which includes a new well pump, the cost would be over $6000. So, the next morning, I text Art the information and he sent Larry out to troubleshoot the issue. Larry drained the tank, found a couple of leaks that he found, repaired them, conducted a pressure test of the tank, checked everything, and it was back working properly, which cost me less than $300. This clearly shows Art is not trying to cheat you or charging you a remarkable amount of money, or over charge. He is honest, dependable, and courteous. Very knowledgeable technicians, and very respectful. I can always count on him and his crew.

Very professional , efficient and friendly service! Nick quickly diagnosed the problem with our leaking toilet and replaced a cracked supply line. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing service needs. I also appreciated that Art was able to put me on the schedule quickly after I called.

Absolutely, the BEST Plumbing business we've used. Anytime we've needed anything done, wether planned preventative maintenance or unplanned emergencies, Art's Plumbing has responded quickly to a request for assistance and showed up during the time of the appointment. Art and all his employees are extremely respectfull and professional. Also, thank you to your employee for taking care of the Well pressure tank regulator pipe that gave him a "shower" when he was diagnosing a leak. Not a problem I called about, but something they took the time to fix. Thank you!

Very satisfied! My 2nd time using Art’s Plumbing, a good experience both times. I had a 40 year old fitting fail on a water supply line in my crawl space, so pressurized water was spraying under the house. Luckily I have a water meter key (seldom needed but indispensable in an emergency) and was able to cut off the supply at the meter Sunday night.

I left a msg for Art that night and he called back first thing Monday morning. By midafternoon Neil came over to troubleshoot and repair it. Within about an hour or so it was fixed at a reasonable price!

Arts plumbing came out today to do a repair on a leak in my house. they were able to turn it around same day and the technician Neil was great! Five stars!

Very pleased with APS. Nick came and looked at my toilet. He was on time and very professional. He was honest, and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem.

Art's Plumbing responded promptly to my inquiries for Plumbing Services. They came out and gave me a reasonable & comprehensive estimate based on the repairs needed and gave me a date of return for services. They then sent updated texts as to time of arrival and names of associates responding. The were very professional in their work and informative when asked questions pertaining to the issues at hand. The associates communicated very well when unforseen issues arose and discussed possible solutions with me so we could choose a path of correction together. They were very prompt with sending the invoices once work was completed and the work comes with a warranty. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again as the need arises.

Call Art's plumbing if you need any work done. Communication was fantastic, the work was done quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price. They did a water heater installation and conversion from boiler over to the new water heater, as well as some other repairs. Art took the time to go through some other questions I had about the plumbing. I will be calling him if I have any other issues in the future.
