Scheduled a 9:00 am appointment
Received a call at 9:45 that he would not be coming because "his builders" messed up his schedule and he was a day behind but he would be there the next day at nine. Received a call the next day at 10:00 saying he had a couple of emergencies and would be there at noon. At 1:25 I called him and he said he just had to get gas and then he would come. He was 45 minutes away putting hIM at my house at 2:10 I CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENTFOR A 9:00

He arrived on time and was very courteous. The repairs to 2 toilets were done with expert care. He also fixed my garbage disposal and showed me how to repair it myself if the same issue happened in the future. Highly recommend!
