I highly recommend Artin’s Services! They are so professional and knowledgeable! Once we got our estimate, which was a very fair price, we jumped on the offer and they started the job literally 2 days later! It took them a half day to complete (for a townhome)! The crew was super respectful of my property; covering up everything and doing a great clean up job! Our finished roof looks better than I could have imagined. I am so pleased with the work, I will definitely be using this company when it comes time for siding!!

Artin and his team were wonderful to work with from beginning to end on our siding replacement project. We interviewed 8 siding companies and Artin won our business by thoroughly answering absolutely all of our questions (we had a lot), taking the time to go into our attic to fully understand what they would be working with regarding venting, and actually removing a section of the siding to show us what was underneath to come up with the best plan for our house for the long haul. Artin kindly dropped off samples for all the materials I was considering (again I had a lot) and after the job was completed he even went as far as buying paint that matched the siding to camouflage wires that could not be tucked under the siding due to the wire length. We were extremely happy with Artin from start to finish and would highly recommend their company for your siding project.

Luis, the Artin Services estimator, was the most thorough estimator of the three roofing companies I contacted. He also produced the best proposal for repairing the flat roof portion of my house. It was easy for me to see how the Artin Services men who repaired my roof worked. They worked so well together, it was like watching a ballet. The finished product was excellent. Without asking and without charge the roofers replaced part of the dryer duct which was clogged with a bird nest. This task was easy to do with the roof sheathing gone but would have been an expensive repair once the roof was repaired. If I need another roof repair, I would hire Artin Services to do the work in a New York minute.

So so glad I went with Artin for my new slate roof! My neighbor replaced their roof at the same time, and Artin worked great with both of us. The team was on time, hard-working, protected all of my plants and patio while they worked, cleaned up when they were done. Most important, since working with slate is trickier than most materials, they were clearly skilled at the job! The result is stunning, with copper flashing that pops. My slate roof will last for many years, so I can't hire them again, but you should!

Artin Services came highly recommended from a valued neighbor. They were easy to work with, and offered to complete the work very quickly. With winter approaching, I was thrilled to get the new roof on fast. We quoted 5 vendors and Artin was the most competitive on pricing. What put the quote over the top was Artin's team was able to finish the masonry work at the same time. I was thrilled to not have to call multiple places to fix masonry as well as the roof. We will keep them in mind for future jobs. Use them!

Our shingles, gutters and downspouts and rotten fascia were replaced in November 2022, After 1 year, I am happy to report that the work still looks great. I highly recommend Artin Services for these services! The attached photos taken of the shingles are CertainTeed Landmark Colonial Slate architectural style. The shingles shown still have some melting morning frost to shown what they look like both wet and dry. Artin communicates well, provided his proof of insurance, written proposal and licenses.

I recently had an emergency due to the heavy snows, and Artin was extremely responsive. They were able to assess the problem, dispatch a crew, and take care of the issue in less than a week. I'd highly recommend Artin Services to anyone who is looking for outstanding, timely, and courteous service. The team was able to get us in before Christmas despite a very busy schedule for them after a windstorm took out a long panel of roof flashing. They matched & repaired it and also secured some other areas in danger of blowing down. Town and Country Pools is a locally owned company that is Family operated and supported by an outstanding Team of Honest and competent employees!

I have used this company for years to open and close my pool. This year they really let me down. I have a coverstar pool cover which the cord broke. This happens periodically. Town and Country doesnt do work for pool covers so they referred me to Coverstar in Frederick. Coverstar doesnt return phone calls or e-mails. When I told Town and Country this, they admitted they had problems with Coverstar. Why refer me to a company that you do not have confidence in? Well eventually Coverstar came to the home, gave me a quote to replace the entire cover, and didnt fix the cord. My cover is fine though it is ten years old. Well, it is time to close the pool, and Town and Country was told that about the cover wasnt working and they told me no problem, we will just pull the cover shut. Well, they didnt, and now I have hundreds of leaves in the pool and will just have to do everything myself. Town and Country, you let me down big time. I originally gave a one star rating, but now that I think about it, this is a breakdown when using two different vendors. I did replace the pool cover and then was able to close the pool but by then it was full of leaves, Town and Country came out and cleaned the pool and did not charge for that visit. Now I am very satisfied and its just time to move on. I will continue to use Town and Country.

We’ve been using T and C pools for our weekly service for years! They always go the extra mile —making sure our patio looks “party ready“ and our pool is sparkling clean when they leave. We recommend their services highly.

I hired Town & Country to build my pool in 2012 and have been using them for the past 6 years for all services, including repairs, weekly maintenance, opening/closing as well as repairs to the ancillary equipment like the heater, lights and vacuum.
In 2018, they did a terrible job of opening AND closing the pool. They made a huge mess and wrecked my landscaping. Full disclosure, it was pouring down rain both times, but that doesn't give them the right to do a sub-standard, unprofessional job. I only complained to them when it happened twice in a row. All I wanted was an apology, but they did not even acknowledge my complaint. No one cared, no one called. They did not value me as a customer. I guess they have enough customers and don't mind losing some.
They have many good people working there, like the service manager, technicians and weekly cleaners. But the management really disappointed me.

EDIT after their response: You DID work with the landscape company to design/build the pool. You had a second chance to make things right and instead, you blamed the landscape design company. One more note: after trying several pool companies, Town & Country is THE MOST EXPENSIVE company for cleanings, closings, openings and repairs!!

Town and Country Pools were recommended via word of mouth. Our experience from beginning to end was amazing. They made the process feel seamless with very little disruption. They were efficient, gracious and responsive. They continue to maintain our beautiful pool and we continue to be grateful that we chose them.
