brian was wonderful!! This was our second time using this carpet cleaning service, and each visit has left our carpets looking fresh, bright, and so much better. We had two Golden Retriever puppies not long apart, so there were lots of potty training messes, pet spots, and odor issues to deal with. We also tried using our own home carpet shampoo machine, but it just did not deep clean the carpet fibers well enough or fully remove the smells and stains. I was hoping to find a professional team again for carpet shampooing, stain treatment, and odor control, and then i got a message about a special offer. A few days later, brian came out and took care of everything. brian had great communication, was professional, friendly, thorough, efficient, and kind throughout the whole appointment. He explained the cleaning process clearly, treated the problem areas carefully, and made sure the carpets looked refreshed and felt clean again. they cleaned 4 large rugs and 2 small rugs, and they custom cut 4 rug pads for the larger ones. two of the large rugs were in pretty rough condition, and all 6 had a lot of pet soil and odor from 2 cats and a dog. they also handled a repair on one of the small rugs. i am extremely pleased with the results. every rug came back very clean, soft, fresh, and well cared for, and the pads fit perfectly. brian and melvin were professional, polite, and took time to clearly explain the rug cleaning process, stain treatment, and repair work. the whole experience was easy and smooth, and i would highly recommend their rug and carpet cleaning service.
