We contacted the team to clean the carpets in my father-in-law's house in Springfield after staying there during our home renovation. The carpets were good quality and white, but pretty old and had a lot of stains from two big dogs and three little kids. There were also a lot of tough oil stains from essential oils. Melvin was able to remove all the oil and other stains from the carpets. They looked just like new when he finished. We highly recommend this carpet cleaning service!

i had one of the best carpet cleaning experiences ever with this company in springfield. my carpets had been ignored for over 10 years, and i really thought i'd have to replace them. as a last try, i called in the pros. brian showed up right on time, after giving me a call to let me know he was on his way. he walked through the house with me, looked at all the carpets, and gave me good advice on what could be done. after we talked it over, brian started cleaning right away and finished faster than i expected. he was very professional the whole time and even took extra care to go over a few really dirty spots twice. i couldn't believe the difference—i wish i had taken pictures to show how clean everything turned out. these carpets are 26 years old, and now there's no dirt or stains left at all. the price was very fair, and i'll definitely use this company again for my home and some rental places i have.

I recently contacted Super B Springfield Carpet Cleaning for a carpet cleaning quote. Over the phone, I was quoted $79 to clean the entire basement, plus $12 per step for the stairs. However, when the technician arrived, he told me that because the basement was the size of three rooms, the cost would be significantly higher. That was never explained to me during the initial phone quote.

Although I was disappointed, I decided to proceed with the service. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. Several spots were not removed from the carpet, and the overall condition did not improve much. In addition, the technician chipped my wall during the service and spilled a large amount of water onto my hardwood floors.

I called to speak with a manager about these issues and was told multiple times that someone would call me back. I have yet to receive a return call.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The pricing was not transparent, the quality of work was disappointing, and the follow-up customer service has been nonexistent.
