The cleaners damage an expensive coffee table we recently bought. Merry maid still charge the cleaning fees. Still waiting to see if how they will handle this but so far it looks like they will not pay for the damages made.

Merry Maids of Burke/Springfield has been doing a quality job cleaning my home for years. Rosa and her team are courteous, professionsl, and thorough.

Using MM since 2012 in Springfield/Burke. Cleaning, office responsiveness, and helpfulness all are top notch. Shout out to Rebecca (office) and Margarita (in home). Special requests are honored and appreciated.

Some things were great like the bathtubs and floors but they missed several drawers in the kitchen and did not have a step stool so only cleaned as high as they could reach. Not horrible but not great either.

I called for appt too late. They were booked. Later a cancellation happened and I got in. My house is amazing. Looks great. Started back to biweekly cleanings instead of calling randomly.

I just had my first cleaning service, Mirna & Raquel came out. They were very nice and professional and everything looked great when they finished. I definitely recommend their service.

Two cleaners came in at 12:02pm, left at 1:20pm. After leaving bleach spray for the bathroom, I was met with the same discolored grout. Bathroom countertops only had toothbrush holder and two canisters and they did not move a single thing to wipe under or behind it. Ceiling fans and picture frames on walls were not dusted. They took advantage of me not being home to do a rushed subpar job. The last time I will use them.

I needed a cleaning after some major work was done in my house and before listing for rent. They were very flexible and worked with me in adjusting the schedule as repairs caused several delays.

We have been using Merry Maids for 16 years and wouldn't want to use anyone else. You will be totally satisfied. We are moving south and we wish we could take them along.

A merry maid, attempting to remove marks on our kitchen floor, squirted them with some toxic substance. The marks remained. However irreparable damage was done to our kitchen floor. She then proceeded to the living room where she set the white plastic container on our couch while she hooked up her vacuum cleaner. The plastic container left a permanent stain on the couch. I have no idea what was in the container. It wasn't a spray. Pools about the marks on the floor indicate a squirter type. Possibly something used to clean toilets.

Armed with Merry Maids guarantees, bonding, and insurance, I summoned the manager to see how he was to repair Merry Maids damage to our home.

I was stunned. His approach was a simple one. He blithely denied that Merry Maids caused the damage. Someone else had. It was not a Merry Maids problem. It was our problem. He used the well-worn Trumpian gambit. He simply called my direct experience of the damage fake news.

A symphony of sleeze.

This effectively makes me a liar and a fraud.

I am not comfortable with this.

I would not recommend Merry Maids to anyone because of the risk of discovering Merry Maids business ethics when it is too late.

Extremely unprofessional service. They called 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to say they had to cancel the service as they had some of their employees calling out for the day. No
solution offered, only rescheduling in 10 days. Any other sales agent would have offered alternatives to avoid losing the client. Don’t hire them.

Rockell and Mirma were prompted, pleasant and professional. They listened to our needs and completed the job efficiently! They were a great team and we would invite them into our home again! Thank you!

Very courteous and responsive staff. Consistently good results. Merry Maids gets the job done in a professional and non-intrusive manner. I've been a customer for well over a decade.

Years ago, I hired Merry Maids to clean my home top to bottom bi-weekly! I did not like a different crew per visit but I adjusted. But I have to share my complaints after reading Tasha Khan’s review:
1- Once I walked in on the crew cleaning the Master bath, they were so busy searching through my cabinets that they did not see me. One member poured my cleaning product into her container and filled my container with water. When I caught her in the act, she lied with the container in hand.
2- MM’s Products were not cleaning my white kitchen tile so there was an extra fee to use better quality products. Bleach was not an option so I provided the product that cleaned for me, which they attempted to charge me an extra fee for using my product!
3- Final straw, worker broke mirror wall clasp holders in Powder Room and left mirror hanging half-off wall without saying anything! I caught it before they left but worker denied breaking the wall clasp holders that holds the mirror against the wall. Worst, she accused me of breaking it then blaming her and told me she was not going to finish cleaning my house! So I told her, the crew was not going to get paid and to leave. She refused to leave without payment! Supervisor was called to scene and no payment was rendered. Never used them again! Never will recommend! Tasha Khan, I believe you!

We highly recommend Merry Maids of Springfield. They are dependable, do great work and the cost is very reasonable. There is nothing like coming home to your freshly cleaned home after a long day of work.

Merry Maids are fantastic! They leave my house fresh smelling and pristine. They arrive on time and quickly and thoroughly clean my house. I highly recommend them!

We are delighted with the staff who clean every other week. Usually only one person cleans our whole house, and they are fastidious in their work. Often Rosa comes, and sometimes Marlen - both are friendly, respectful and kind. They do amazing work, often by themselves, cleaning the whole house (three stories, three bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms) in just a couple of hours. Considering the amount of items they have to move around to clean, the end product is amazing.

They are wonderful and I love coming home the weeks that they come clean here. Smells great, looks great. I don't have any complaints...especially as they will add on anything that I ask them to if I've got an event happening etc. They are service oriented.
