Oye expensive and the cleaning was not well completed. Always see their flyers all over the neighborhood, they usually fly away from peoples guardrails. Oye stop littering

Terrible communication from management. I have different definitions of clean compared to them. I would recommend them if you had a major party or large gathering and you need assistance on cleaning up.

This company has been servicing my home for the past few years, they are always on time, they clean perfectly, and they make the house smell wonderful. I really think everyone should try them out.

Very disappointed in this cleaning team. Leaves area unattended to. Marred furniture, broke various items within our home. Trash cans, blinds. furniture. Inability to resolve items broken around the house.

Thier cleaning service is far away below the amount you pay. If any body is considering to use the service, make sure you check during and after each spot cleaning . Because they miss/ jump without cleaning or they don't clean well. Very interesting!!

I USED this company as a recommendation from a family friend, but it turned out to NOT be a safe bet. They left a dirty house - dust on fireplace mantle, nothing picked up and dusted--more like dusted around. I had to go back and re-dust. Not happy with the staff at all, although timeliness was acceptable. One lady complained the entire time and when I asked them to clean the corners of the bathroom one of them looked at me grunted and rolled her eyes. When I walked around to see what they had done there was still dirt on the bathroom floor. They were In and out within 2.5 hours when it came time to pay them-- while the lady was accepting payment she was brushing more dirt underneath the carpet that was not swept up I had to go back and re-do all the floors..
Very disappointing experience overall & would have hoped for a better job.

I have been using this company for the past 3 years for both my home and office cleaning. The last time they cleaned my office one of the cleaning staff (who was very rude) moved a piece of equipment (shredder) without unplugging it, therefore snatching the plug out the back and causing damage to the equipment which cost
$300. I brought this to the managers attention and instead of him addressing the concern he had his employees text me (the customer) accusing me of lying about the damage. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have since reached out several times without response. Long story short I will not be using this service any longer and they have lost a long time customer!

We got hit with an unforeseen last minute bind for a move out clean and I was calling every cleaning company looking for a 'Hail Mary' save... And Ms. Merrell was that miracle for us!
Ms. Merrell sent Amira & Mo cleaning team to clean our house (top to bottom!), LAST MINUTE!!
When Amira & Mo were done cleaning they showed me their work and I cried. I was blown away and so much stress left my shoulders (y'all I'm pregnant too with baby #2)... I was so happy with their work. This teams work is TOP NOTCH!
Marina Maids will get me as a returning customer (and hopefully not another last minute situation again).

The cleaning teams are professional, punctual and most of all do a fantastic job of cleaning my home.

Sometimes I miss the just cleaned smell even though my home is clean.

We had marina maids come to clean our house for almost a year. The first few times they did an amazing job. Eventually the work was so so, but we continued to use them because the customer service was accommodating. Today they were scheduled to clean our house as usual but we didn't have the key out front so I had to give directions to the spare which they were unable to find. I asked if they they could come back the next day and the gentlemen told me we would have to pay extra and was very rude implying I sent the cleaning ladies on a search for something that wasn't there. Very unprofessional to go back and forth and was very rude. We will no longer use this service. Cheap ... But you get what you pay for.

I've been using Marina Maids for years for bi-weekly house cleaning. They are always on time and accommodating with special requests, even during the pandemic. The house is left clean, smells great and the folks are always a joy to see! Love Marina Maids!!

I have used other maid services in the past, but Marina Maids really made the difference. They are definitely the best I have used, you don’t need to follow them to make sure they are doing what needs to be done. They are professionals and know what they are doing. My advice, stop shopping around, and settle on Marina Maids. You will not be disappointed.

I have been using Marina Maids for over 4+ years and I have to say I don’t plan on changing them anytime soon. They usually come w/ 2 or more in a crew knocking out all 3 floors within a 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good service & good value!
