I recently had my carpets cleaned in Springfield and the whole process went really well. The technician, Herbert, was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. He did a great job explaining the cleaning steps and was very respectful of my home. One thing that would have made the service even better is if the technician wore shoe covers (booties) after setting up the equipment outside, especially since most of the cleaning happens inside. I like to keep my carpets extra clean, so it would be nice if the techs used booties when moving through the house, including the hallways and stairs. After the cleaning, I used my own steam cleaner to help the carpets dry a bit faster and was surprised to see a little more dirt come up. Still, the professional cleaning made a big difference—the carpets looked much fresher and, best of all, the smell of dog is completely gone! Everyone in the house noticed the improvement. Overall, I’m happy with the service and how much cleaner my carpets feel now.

I called to have my old carpets cleaned before replacing them, since they were pretty worn out after many years and had lots of pet stains in the bedrooms. Matthew and his team did a fantastic job! They cleaned all four bedrooms, carefully moved the furniture, and made sure to reach every spot that needed attention. The pet stains disappeared, and the carpets dried fast with no leftover smell. Brendan was fantastic from beginning to end, always keeping me informed and explaining the carpet cleaning process clearly over the phone, something other companies didn’t do. He focused on making sure I was happy, which was a nice change. Brendan was honest, arrived right on time, and was a pleasure to work with—very friendly too. The carpets in my house look incredible after the cleaning! He even recommended that I not spend extra money on getting my microfiber sectional cleaned, since it might not get the best results. I appreciated the advice, so I handled that part myself and was happy with how it turned out and the money I saved. My carpets went from looking dull and grey to a bright, clean white! I’m really impressed with S.M. Carpet Cleaning and will definitely tell my friends and family about this great service.

On a scale of 1-5 I would rate my wonderful girls a 7. These girls are so thorough and they care about what they are doing. I would recommend them highly. We have had a few housekeepers since we moved here in 2008 and I have told all of my friends and neighbors that we have finally found the best. Seriously we have been so disappointed in the past with housekeepers. Poor quality and trust. I am never concerned about trusting them and the work that they do. And by golly they work hard. They are the best
