Melvin arrived right on time and really impressed us with his work. I was surprised that some of those tough pet stains actually came out. We moved most of the furniture out, but had to leave a dresser since we didn’t have space for it, and Melvin moved the dresser himself and cleaned thoroughly under and behind it. I honestly thought he would just clean around it, so I was really happy he took the extra step! I couldn’t be there during the cleaning, but my grandmother said he was very friendly, and she is usually quick to notice any problems. He truly went above and beyond what I expected, and I would definitely use this service again!

We contacted the team to clean the carpets in my father-in-law's house in Springfield after staying there during our home renovation. I recently contacted Super B Springfield Carpet Cleaning for a carpet cleaning quote. Over the phone, I was quoted $79 to clean the entire basement, plus $12 per step for the stairs. However, when the technician arrived, he told me that because the basement was the size of three rooms, the cost would be significantly higher. That was never explained to me during the initial phone quote.

Although I was disappointed, I decided to proceed with the service. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. Several spots were not removed from the carpet, and the overall condition did not improve much. In addition, the technician chipped my wall during the service and spilled a large amount of water onto my hardwood floors.

I called to speak with a manager about these issues and was told multiple times that someone would call me back. I have yet to receive a return call.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The pricing was not transparent, the quality of work was disappointing, and the follow-up customer service has been nonexistent.
