Cleaning is performed (usually) by a single lady. Some days, she spends quite a long time completing the job. Almost always, I think she does a great job

I was so excited to hire a professional cleaning service...unfortunately the reality was a bit of a nightmare. In four separate instances, over only three visits, I suspected the cleaning team of being less than honest. I complained to the office staff and received sympathy but no admission. The final straw was when a knob came off our range during the cleaning and I didn't notice it until after the ladies were gone. I called the office and asked them to check with the ladies about where the knob was left (these knobs just slide off and right back on), and they said it was missing when they arrived. This time I am completely sure they are lying, but the office staff has taken their word over mine, again, effectively calling me a liar. What a terrible experience, every time I look at my stove I feel upset! Also, they do an OK job of cleaning the place but not great. Areas are always overlooked and need to be cleaned after-the-fact.
