Total cleaning service came to my house to stretch the carpeting from 3 bedrooms. He did a great job at a low price. I am very happy with it. I will recommend him without hesitation.

We've had the same carpet from 1993, there were many pet stains and Matthew surpassed our expectations with how well he cleaned not only the stains but all off the carpet. It looks like he singlehandedly increased the longevity of the carpet by another 20 years.

This company is the bomb.com. He showed up on time to work. I needed my carpet re-stretched and attached after water damage from the upstairs sink. Total professional and did an excellent, excellent job. Would recommend him to everyone. I want him to clean my carpets as well.

WOW! It’s true when they say “not all heroes wear capes”. Matthew literally saved our favorite area rug! For years we have been dealing with a rug that slides and wrinkles. I didn’t want to get rid of this rug because we love it but it was just such a hassle constantly stretching the wrinkles out and trying to keep this rug in place. Well Matthew solved our problems! First he took a look at our rugs and carpet and told us what was going on and why it was happening (so knowledgeable!) and then he got to work and fixed it for us with his cool carpet stretching tools and gadgets (so professional!)

We are looking to get new carpet installed and based on our wonderful experience with total cleaning service we will definitely be using their services again. Five stars across the board I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for the amazing customer service and work!

Matthew saved our pottery barn rug from a dog who got extremely sick all over it, then to try to clean it we made it worse and ended up putting it outside where it got snowed on. it was HOPELESS and honestly we didn't have high hopes for it. but within just a few days i got a call back that the rug was finished. matthew brought it back and it looked amazing, brand new! also the pick up and delivery service helps so much. would deff recommend if you're looking to get your rug cleaned!

Matt was prompt, responsive and super friendly! He has cleaned my carpets twice and each time was PERFECT! The carpets feel so fluffy and clean after. I love it! He was even able to get the candle wax out of my carpet. 🤯 Highly recommend his services!

Matthew was absolutely wonderful. I can't recommend him enough. We hired him to clean our new home; clean the carpets, hardwood, and do a "move-in" deep clean and sanitization. He was so professional and knowledgeable, even giving me tips to maintain everything when he's done. He identified some previous pet stains from the previous owners and was able to clean and/or replace those sections of the carpet absolutely flawlessly. He also stripped and refinished our hardwood floors. Everything was absolutely beautiful and spotless. He was so great. Matthew did an OUTSTANDING job on my home. This is the second time he has cleaned my carpets. He is meticulous in his work. He also repaired a "few bites" that the dog took out of a step, as well as some tears in another room. The repairs are flawless. He was very communicative via email, and he was very punctual on his arrival. He is equally as personable as he is professional. The carpets look AMAZING!
