Highly recommended! Our cat had peed on a carpet and we tried product after product to get the smell out, finally admitting defeat. Matthew fit us in quickly, found that the urine had sunk through to the padding below the carpet (which is why nothing was working), removed the damaged padding, replaced it, and re-cleaned the rug. We are thrilled with his work; he is skilled at what he does and a pleasure to work with, and we strongly recommend this company.

The quality of their work is amazing. My husband inherited the rugs that has never been professionally cleaned since it was laid in their family home 38+ years ago. The rugs came back like they were brand new. They were unrecognizable! The plushness of the rug pile is amazing; the colors popped, and they were able to remove stains that were on the dining room rug (1st photo).
