Tyler and Jeff were amazing! We’re quick to respond to my request. They were very professional and were able to fix my disposal quickly.

Christine, ( not sure about spelling, sorry) answer my phone call and put me in contact with the earliest technicians available. Taylor and David assessed the situation and gave us options, which I appreciate to be able to make and informed decision. Because of the late hour they were not able to bring someone with the right equipment. But they contact somebody for the next morning. Also Kimberly, the field supervisor came. Extremely professional and personable.The three of them were professional, helpful, and explained everything.
The following morning we got a call from Roto Rooter to ask if we were ready for Raheed ( I apologize for misspelling his name) . He came fixed it and :Thank you so much.

Tyler was very professional and patient helping my parents with their faulty water heater and explained everything to them, and me 2 hours away, in a respectful manner. We will definitely ask for Tyler if there’s another need for service!

I booked an appointment through the web and a knowledgeable, nice guy was there 2.5 hours later- so easy. He explained what he had to do and got the drain unclogged. It was a couple hours of serious work. I’m so glad we can use the bathrooms again!

Shams was extremely helpful and did an excellent job fixing my toilet. I no longer have any issues, and I truly appreciate his work. He was also very professional and well spoken. I will definitely recommend him to my family.

Exceptional service! While Roto-Rooter could not fix the issue, because it turned out it had nothing to do with plumbing, Tyler and David did an excellent job. I am very impressed with expediency of service, and quality and knowledge of the technicians. Would definitely recommend them and will use them for any plumbing work again.

It was easy to schedule an appt online. The service tech came during the time frame and was able to handle the job. We were horrified at the price. It left us feeling that we're not fans.

Jeff was extremely helpful on the fly. We had a surprise leak and he took care of it. Super friendly and transparent along the way!

Had a clog about 40 feet down the kitchen drain that Jamaal was able to clear no problem. The price is on the high end but they were professional, timely, and provide a 6 month warranty.

The technician is great and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem fast. However, the pricing is unreasonable. It costs me $430 to just snake one toilet.

UPDATE: The new manager, Andrew called me and resolved this issue in a reasonable manner with excellent customer service.

I hired this company on August 10, 2025 for a basement water backup issue. Unfortunately, the $1,825 service I paid for did not resolve the problem.
When the technician arrived, he was pleasant to deal with and a nice guy. I explained that the issue occurred when running the sink, the water filling, and then running the garbage disposal. He immediately attributed the problem to old pipes. Relying on their advertised plumbing expertise, I reasonably assumed the technician was a licensed plumber. Only later, when I contacted customer service to request a refund, did I learn he was not. Had that been disclosed upfront, I would never have agreed to the service.
Despite us pointing out that the disposal might be the cause, he never evaluated it or disclose that he was not qualified to evaluate it since he was not a plumber. Instead, he sold me on pipe jetting and snaking—the latter of which I had already had done twice before with a different company and specifically mentioned. I trusted his recommendation only because I expected that a company presenting itself as plumbing experts would send an actual plumber.
The very next day, the sink continued to back up when using the disposal. After multiple calls to management (on August 13 and August 20), my requests for a refund were denied. Instead, I was told they could come out and jet the pipe again—for the same ineffective solution. I was also told that the manager would call me back and he never did. Inexcusably poor customer service.

In the end, I fixed the problem myself with a simple vinegar solution—something a competent professional should have diagnosed from the start. Just as a doctor doesn’t expect a patient to self-diagnose, I expected plumbing expertise from a company that calls itself a plumbing service. Instead, I was left with a $1,825 bill and the original issue I fixed myself for 20 dollars. An honest company would refund the money and not handle their customers in this way. Honesty would have earned them more of my future business.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The technician was excellent—professional, skilled, and a genuinely good person. The work itself was done well, and I have no complaints about the service quality.

The problem is the pricing. They charged $841 just to snake 50 feet of drain line, while other companies do the same job for under $250. On top of that, they wanted to tack on extra charges if more than 50 feet was needed. It felt less like a complete solution and more like an upsell at every step.

Great technician, but the pricing model is excessive and unreasonable. Because of that, I won’t be calling them again.

Jamaal was terrific! He was efficient, courteous and knowledgable. I 100% recommend him for all plumbing related issues.

Tried making an appointment on their website. When the time for the to arrive came around I still hadn’t had a confirmation for the appointment so I called. The person on the phone was very kind and let me know I was not on the dispatch list. She added me to the list for the evening. We’re 30 minutes outside the window now and I still haven’t heard from them.

I’ll use Micheal and Son’s from now on. At least they text you to confirm an appointment.

Trey showed up in record time over a holiday weekend to help get us back in action after a bad kitchen drain blockage that I couldn’t clear. Highly recommend… great work, cleaned up, and super nice!

Jeff was awesome and got our hot water working again within half an hour. He was great at explaining what the issue could have been. Will keep Roto Rooter on speed dial now!

Was able to resolve my clogged toilet quickly! Even shared a laugh when we found out it was a stuck ball in the toilet, a gift from my idiot dog.

Tyler came over right away and resolved our mysterious sink clog. Super knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. I had never called on Roto Rooter before but will definitely call again. Great job!
