Guido Miranda of Home Service Pros saved the day, week, and month! He came within the time window he said he would, he diagnosed the situation, went to the supplier to get the faucet, returned and installed it all within 2.5 hours.

We were without a faucet for 3 weeks due to a previous company’s lack of urgency, quality and fit of the product they ordered and could not install properly, and a general discard for customer service.

We called Home Service Pros last night to rectify the problem the previous company left us with and today we are thankful we did. Great work, Guido!

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. It was easy to contact the office, who immediately responded and made an appointment. Cody ran a camera to check for a blockage within the house and down to the road (also honored a coupon). The results showed a root ball which had invaded the line near the main. We were offered a number of options and he left us with estimates for additional work. After consideration, we called back and had Cody return to cut out the root and open the line. He even credited the cost of the initial camera work. The service was efficient and done in a very professional manner. He was generous with his time, explained everything thoroughly and did it all with a smile and genuine kindness. I enthusiastically recommend their service. Thanks again.
