I'll start by saying that they got the job done and the work seems to be done well. But the overall experience was a bit of a mess.
A portion of our gutter was ripped away from the house. We had Exterior Medics come out for an estimate, and told the salesman we needed to include scaring out any animals that might have made a home in the attic while it was exposed and clearing the leaves from all the house's gutters so this wouldn't happen elsewhere. He agreed and I even wrote both those items in the contract, which they signed.
The salesman said we'd get to work 5 to 14 days from the receipt of the deposit. There was a lot of delay and back and forth with three different employees, but fine. It was over the holidays and they eventually got out there in a reasonable amount of time.
I was told it was very important to cc: everyone involved in my work (Xavier, Allysson, Riane, Ennis, and ProductionAdmin) but then Xavier texted me separately. Fine, I'll just circle it back around so we're all on the same page.
They told me they don't do animal removal, but fine, just let me know that from the start; and my tenant ran a power tool and scared out any animals.
They said they only had gas to blow out the gutters in this one area, but fine, my tenant loaned him our blower.
I got a note that my second payment was past due although I had sent them a check on the day they did the work. I told them to look around the office and apparently they found it because they deposited it (though didn't tell me). Fine, we're all settled up.
Again, they got the work done and everyone was very nice about it, but it was far more of a process to get it done than should have been necessary.

I reached out to Easy Air Duct Co. to have my vents cleaned after completing my renovation project. They were quick to respond and willing to discuss the vent cleaning process. The technicians were very thorough and cleaned up afterward before they left..

It was simple to get them to come out for a quote. They were on time and nice to my dog. Easy Air Duct Co. did a great job cleaning up all the dust before they left the house. I will call them for my next cleaning.

I called Carlos to assist with removing rock hard snow and his crew was there within an hour. They quickly and efficiently removed the snow, I highly recommend their services and their prices were very affordable.

Carlos sent a crew to tackle my snow/ice problem. They were excellent!! Not only did they do a super job on my parking spots but also cleared a path to my back gate so that I could wheel my trashcan out to the sidewalk. I've never seen 3 young men work so hard (in recent years anyway). They were dynamite! I definitely recommend!!!

Adding my recommendations for Lara Services for clearing snow ( and mostly ice)! Their guys were running late and I actually got a call to let me know that! Must say most don't actually let me know so this is a big plus in their favor! Their asking price was very reasonable and they were quick and efficient once they arrived. Now I have their number, I will reach out in the next snow storm.

Texted today to request a quote for the ice removed from my driveway to clear a path to get my car out of the garage. They texted back quickly, quoted the job, and sent out a crew of 3 within a few hours. They did great work and finished in time for me to get the car out tonight.
