Sebastian and Dillon from Frank's Carpet Cleaning performed an outstanding job. I have a fairly large off-white carpet that now looks as if it's brand new. Frank's Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on our light gray carpet in our lower level, which was previously filled with dirt tracked in by our dogs. The dirt was embedded deep into the carpet and our household vacuum cleaner just couldn't get it out. Now, the carpets look incredible. Michael managed to extract all the dirt from the carpet fibres. It's now looking fantastic. Furthermore, Dillon applied a sealer to the carpet to help prevent it from getting dirty in the future. What a great service in Springfield!

frank's carpet cleaning is definitely my go to for carpet cleaning, water cleanup, and flooring. i've worked with isaiah on and off for several years for both my home and rental places. he even came out to springfield for me and handled a flea problem with his hot water cleaning, which got rid of everything. they also put in new carpet and vinyl flooring at a few properties. always fair prices and really good installation work. you can't go wrong!

I called them on the phone and the lady on the phone quoted me $109 for 3 room and $2 per stairs which what I agreed with and. The carpet cleaner guy showed up on the day of cleaning and I wasn’t there my parents. So long story short this guy was lying to them that I spoke to them for only 3 room $190 and anything additional would be cost more. How did it go from 109 to 190 for 3 rooms that huge increase plus the guy that was supposed to clean the carpet he didn’t even clean it properly. He left many spots really dirty and at the quoted me 250 smh Save your self from these people. This is totally unprofessional and really unreliable.

Despite his recent surgery, he was agreeable to visit my home at 5pm for an assessment. He's an extremely personable and pleasant individual. I admire his diligence and his ease of conversation. The young technician, Isaiah, arrived punctually as planned, which I found commendable. Isaiah is amiable and a breeze to work with. He allowed me to observe as he meticulously cleaned the ducts and vents. My home has two floors and a basement, and Isaiah thoroughly dedicated three hours to clean a total of 17 vents.
