As a 42 year veteran of cleaning services, I have had a lot of experience with the great, good and terrible cleaners. Homemaid cleaning is in the GREAT category. They are easy to communicate with and schedule, always prompt, trustworthy, and they do an AMAZING job cleaning! Over the years, they have become more like family. 5 stars!

My very good friend told me what a great cleaning service Steve provided and when I spoke to Steve on the phone the first time, I could sense the genuine and dedicated service that his employees would provide. Well, I was more than right. It's been almost a year that the fine ladies of Homemaid Cleaning have been servicing my apartment and giving it more than just their touch of professionalism, but the continuous dedication and exceptional customer service that this company has been striving for the last 38 years. The teams that have cleaned my apartment on various instances are diligent and definitely treat my apartment with the same delicacy and respect that they would show for their own home.

Matthew was polite, friendly, and very professional. My wife and I wanted to get our home fresh and ready for guests, so we booked a carpet cleaning and kitchen tile and grout cleaning service. We found him online, and the whole house looks amazing now. He did a great job on the carpets, and he also took extra time on the kitchen tile to make sure the grout looked bright and clean again. S.M. Carpet Cleaning came out to clean my carpets, large sectional, and an area rug, and the whole service was an excellent value. Matthew was polite, professional, on time, and very thorough from start to finish. He took the time to deep clean the sectional from top to bottom, and it was well worth it. My carpets looked fresh and smelled great afterward, and the citrus cleaner did a great job lifting dirt, everyday buildup, and pet stains. I also added an area rug at the last minute, and he handled the extra work with no problem. The whole visit felt careful and detailed, and I was very pleased with the results. The upholstery and carpet cleaning service was excellent. i have white furniture and the technician, ross, was very careful and thorough. he treated the sofas and nearby carpeted areas with real care, like he was cleaning his own home. When he finished, my sofas and dining chairs looked fantastic, fresh, and bright again. ross was able to remove old ink marks and soot that had been stuck in the fabric for a long time. I had another cleaning team work on the same pieces before, but this service was clearly better in attention to detail, stain treatment, and overall fabric care. The color and vibrancy of the upholstery were brought back, and the whole room felt cleaner. I also appreciated that the appointment process was smooth and professional. he arrived right on time, explained the upholstery cleaning steps clearly, and made sure everything dried evenly and looked great before leaving. matthew was truly outstanding. my young dog unfortunately had three accidents on the bedroom carpet, with the final incident happening while i was away, hospitalized in springfield. i came back to my home to find a heavily stained and deeply set mess, nearly stuck to the carpet fibers. but matthew handled everything pertaining to carpet cleaning, even eliminating the odor!
