So happy with Millenium Pool and Spa! Dan Kegel was my initial contact and I ultimately chose Millenium because of his prompt responses. Their quote for re plastering, re coping and re tiling my pool was about the same as other companies and ultimately ended up a little less than my other estimates. Yan Larenas and Elmer Lopez were my contracting leads once the work began and they were helpful and prompt with all questions regarding my project and provided multiple communications about each step along the way. The project is complete and the pool is gorgeous with no hiccups in the work. Shout out to Margo the renovation's project coordinator for also being prompt with answers to my questions regarding payment, processing and scheduling. Great experience all around!

We used them to repair our pool heater. Before contacting the company, we had a couple of other contractors to come and look and one said, we need to replace the entire heater for $$$. The other contractor could not figure out the problem. Millennium Pools were able to save our heater. Their prices are reasonable and their technicans are knowledgeable and courteous.

Frank and Sofia just finished opening our pool for the season and what a job they did. My pool isn’t the easiest to open with both commercial and residential components either. I don’t have a cover so it was a complete mess, leaves and algae pouring out of it. The pool now looks like a pool again instead of a pond. I really can’t say enough good things about the job they did, I thought it was going to be a weeks long production to get this thing as clean as they got it in one day. Unbelievable work by these two. Ask for them by name and you won’t be disappointed with quality of your opening.

We recently had our pool skimmers replaced and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. The team, led by Elmer Lopez, was punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the project. Elmer and his crew were conscientious about their work, taking the time to do the job right and cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day.

Communication with the company was excellent from start to finish. Yan Larens, our main point of contact, kept us well-informed about project expectations, timelines, and costs. There were no surprises—just straightforward, honest communication and quality workmanship.

We highly recommend this company for any pool-related work. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out.

TJ was excellent today at repairs to my filter equipment. He didn’t just rely on the job order from the office, he ensured the original troubleshoot was correct (it wasn’t). That resulted in a simpler, cheaper repair.

He also dealt with a couple other small issues while he was here.

He had an excellent demeanor and customer service attitude despite working a 7-day week during this busy season.

Sean and his team have been fantastic. They helped all the way through the renovation of our pool, with advice and sensible recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble for them - highly recommended.

Millennium pool, specifically Cristian Lopez, opened our pool today (5/5/25) for this season. The service was over and above any other business we have used in the past. The attention to detail, cleanup, hosing off all accumulated winter debris and overall workmanship was terrific. Millennium resurfaced our pool last year. I highly recommend this company for any pool service you need.

We’ve been using Millennium Pools for about 8 years. They’ve been responsive when repairs have been needed. We have a weekly maintenance contract that keeps the pool clear and balanced. Christian Lopez has been caring for the pool and has done a terrific job.

Billy is usually our rep but he he was unavailable this time, Kristyan Yanev opened our pool and he was especially professional. I just had my pool resurfaced by Millennium Pools with Pebblestone. Yan Larenas ((Project Manager) and Elmer Lopez (Superintendent) have been outstanding. They are both very nice, patient (especially since I’m a worrywart), knowledgeable, communicative, organized, and conscientious. At least one of them was here each day of the project to ensure that I was pleased and to personally take care of any items that may have been overlooked by the crews. They are rare individuals who care about their customers and have pride in the work done. I was informed every step of the way and there were no surprises. I have a gorgeous pool now and it went so smoothly, without stress due to Yan and Elmer. I can’t overemphasize how impressed I am with them and how happy I am with my new pool. I spent a ton of time online and reviewing YouTube vids so I knew how to explain the issue. I went over the problem in great detail by phone (motor starts and shuts off, but rest of the filter is fine). I was told it is likely a grounding issue and can be fixed. So, I scheduled a tech visit. The guy spends 5 minutes looking at the unit, tells me it’s fried and for that I’m billed almost $200. Then he wants to sell me new $1000 system. Not recommended AT ALL.

I have honestly no idea what I spent my $450 on for them to open my pool. My pool is green. I don't know what chemicals they did or didn't use and they won't come back to take a second look without an additional fee. The word "opening" is a joke. My pool is entirely un-swimmable and they are unresponsive to my pleas for help in finishing their job. Additionally, the first time they came out they put the salt cell on BACKWARDS so the inlet was where the outlet should be. I'd have fixed it myself but it was screwed on so tightly I would have needed to buy a tool to get it off. They did send a tech out to fix that, but we are four days out from that visit and still a green pool. I am at a loss as to what service I actually got from them other than them taking off my cover and dumping in a few bags of (my own) salt. Don't use this company!
