This is my second time using Diaz Tree Services, and I will continue to be a repeat customer due to their unrivaled customer service. Larry contacted me within minutes of my online inquiry and promptly came out, on a weekend in the rain, to discuss the service request for the removal of stumps of varying size, trimming of one tree, and removal of two other trees. He provided an honest assessment on the health of other trees so that I did not have to pay for unnecessary work. He promptly provided a broken-down estimate in advance of the work and was able to schedule the work for soon after. Trees were close to fences and/or irreplaceable, early-1900s out-buildings, but work was flawlessly executed. I added a number of stumps between the initial walk-through and the day of the service, so the stump removal count totaled around 25, but they accepted the additional work without issue and tirelessly worked through the heat. They also eagerly cut and moved an extra downed tree for me that was blocking my path through the woods and removed additional small stumps seen in the paddock, beyond what I had marked/requested, without charging extra. Larry and team are my go-to for all tree services. Thank you!
