This company is great and I'll be using them for all my future electrical needs. Mark came to my house to install a new ceiling fan and did an excellent job. The price was very fair and he took the time to clearly explain my options. This job involved running a new wire and installing a fan box where none existed and somehow he managed to do this without damaging the drywall so there was nothing left to patch! If I wasn't impressed enough already, he even vacuumed the work area to make sure it was clean before leaving.

We ran into every issue you could encounter on this one, from having a crazy old house, having to rearrange due to flooding, our electric company causing delays, and having to regrade yard right by where he had to work. Wow! What a great experience with Mark Bailey and the team from True Quality Electric (TQE)! I had a fan installed in our 2 story family room. The TQE team also performed a whole house electrical inspection. TQE is customer focused, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The whole house inspection uncovered several small problems which were corrected before they became large ones. Mark helped me pick the fan out during his initial visit to our house.
