Roxana’s cleaning service has been great to work with for my house keeping needs. Roxana is flexible with scheduling and promptly communicates. The ladies that clean my house are friendly and do a great job and Roxana checks in while they are working a few times a year to make sure she is happy with the quality. The pricing is fair.

Appreciate your initiative and team work that goes beyond the surface stuff I saw and cleaned under and inside sofas and all the homes furniture, cabinets, closets and appliances.

This review concerns only the estimates or initial process; we never hired them for the actual services. The person responsible for the estimates does not inspect the work site but sends someone else, leading to confusion over what is included and covered—the estimator claims it isn't. It’s ironic that the person deciding the cost doesn't do the walkthrough, which makes you wonder why the company engages in such dubious practices. Even after a detailed walkthrough, they provide a price range, and the difference between quotes isn't just $20-30 but often $100-150. I've never seen a cleaning company offer a range after reviewing the exact cleaning needs. What new issues might they discover during cleaning after already assessing the work? Perhaps a third person might arrive and give another quote based on their preferences. We couldn't continue the back-and-forth and chose another local company that was honest about the process, prices, and services included. We never actually received the service, so the process never reached that stage.

This is the best company for cleaning, I came back and the whole place was super clean. I do recommend them.

I’ve been using Let’s Clean for over six years now, and I couldn’t be more at peace with my house cleaning needs. They’re always on time and quick to respond to texts and emails (Merlyn is amazing!). The cleaning lady is fantastic she comes every two weeks and always does an excellent job. She even goes the extra mile by organizing my dog’s toys and washing her little dishes. It’s those small details that make a big difference. Plus, I love that they only use eco-friendly products. Unlike other companies that claim to be “green” but aren’t, Let’s Clean genuinely uses an exclusive brand of green products that I’ve come to love so much, I even bought some for my daily use.

I’ve had cleaners before and this is the best cleaning service!!! They even put away things left out in common sense areas. My last cleaning service would put away phone chargers in places I couldn’t find😐 but let’s clean did everything perfectly and even put cute Christmas stickers on my toilet paper!
