Reggie came the same day and quickly installed my electric vehicle (EV) charger! Very professional and friendly with great customer service!

I usually do not write reviews because when I pay for goods or services I have fulfilled my obligation to the provider. To go beyond that is to provide a free service to one who has provided a service to me. However, I was so impressed with the service I received that I was compelled to write this review.

Fifteen minutes after I called, Reginald Jones was at my door. His easy-going, laid-back manner belies his professional skills and high level of competency. He not only diagnosed and fixed the problem, but he spent extra time installing a light fixture that had a complex wiring configuration. It is rare to get such good service today, esp., at a rate that is easy on the wallet. I wish all businesses conducted themselves as he does.

Reggie did great work, I've hired him to do 3 different jobs and he did great work at a fair price!

Contacted Mr. Jones via text late at night and he immediately called my back to help. We were able to get him to our house in less than 24 hours and he was super kind and helpful and fixed the issue no problem.

I had an issue with low voltage on one of my circuits…I generally am able to do my own electrical repairs but not when it comes to troubleshooting issues as there are to many possibilities for the problem…I called Reggie because of the great reviews that he had for his work… We agreed he would meet me at my house at 12 noon and he was there on time… he had a very good personality and was professional explaining every move as he analyzed the problem… he was able to locate the issue and made repairs.

Very professional, excellent craftsmanship, super clean and trustworthy. They installed 8 Ceiling Fans and 5 TV Wall Mounts. 3 of the 8 Ceiling Fans were defective. Reginald and his assistant diagnosed the problems and determined the fans were bad. They waited patiently until I returned with the replacement Fans. I will be calling them again for additional work.
