Matt and Chris are very professional. They always arrive on time and do their jobs as scheduled. We always receive an update of what was accomplished during their visit which includes text and photos of our sparkling pool. This is our first experience with a pool. Thanks to Matt and Chris, I know we will have no problems.

These guys were amazing. Liner removal and install was completed in a timely manner with no problems. Great customer service. New Liner looks amazing.

We have had such a great experience with Ahoy Pool & Lawn! The communication with Eric has been top notch through the process of having to figure out what parts we needed for our broken salt water pool system. He has been very responsive and helpful. The price vs what you get is beyond fair and reasonable. Yesterday when they came out to begin the repair and summarizing our pool they realized we had another part broken that we didn’t know about. They went and grabbed the part from VB and then drove back down to Moyock to continue the repair. Our pool already looks a million times better and it’s only day one! The professionalism of the guys working on our pool was great as well! All around, wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I have used Ahoy for going on three years now for both lawn services and pool opening & closings. Matt is my fourth and hopefully last pool company I have used in six years. He and his crew were able to fix a pool heater that had not worked since I initially had it installed. I was given bad information from one of the prior pool companies. Ahoy took their time to properly address and rectify the issue with the heater. I was able to extend my pool usage well into October with the heater working properly. Matt, Dave and Eric are all hardworking, honest and ethical. Simply great guys! I am thrilled to have found Ahoy. There are too many unethical companies I worked with previously. Working with Ahoy is a pleasurable experience. I believe I have found my permanent Lawn and pool company. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors. Thank you Matt for a job well done. I look forward to our next encounter.

Terrible communication skills. I was asking about a cover for my pool, and it seemed like I was wasting their time. Very rude and short in their communication. Go elsewhere.

I was fortunate to find Ahoy Pool and Lawn Services this year when I needed my pool serviced and closed. Matt, Eric, and team are responsive, knowledgeable, and fair. They've given me great advice in response to my questions and always keep cost in mind. They did a fantastic job closing my pool this year. Totally unprofessional. Back in April we contacted ahoy just to Maintnance our hot tub. Chris came out, poured cleaning solution, and then suddenly mid job our tub stopped running. Chris said no worries, they could come out in 2 weeks to check out the issue so he left us there with a tub full of toxic cleaning chemicals. 2 weeks later I follow up and Matt, the boss there, tells me they’re too busy and can’t get around to us til may 30. Okay, we get it. We get put on the schedule for a month later after already waiting the 2 weeks. May 30 arrives, and no one shows up. I call dozens of times, leave multiple voice mails. Nothing. We get ghosted. Completely unprofessional. We contacted a hot tub repair man who although was super busy always made sure to get back to us. Chris made a promise he did not deliver on, not only did they not check out the issue they deliberately ignored us after leaving us with a tub full of chemicals that stopped working on their watch.
Basically they have enough business to not care about you. Disgusting behavior.

Matt has been spot on with my pool issues. He does what he promises and communicates with the customer extremely well. He solved my pool issues I have had for years when previous companies even thought about it. The guy and his staff have great personalities and are serious about helping and explaining what action needs to be done. In the field of want a bees this company aims to please. Matt and his crew are amazing! They all are honest, friendly, and easy to get in contact with. They respond to questions via email and text message very quickly and very professional in their communications. Chris and the team at Ahoy pool service are great. They are accommodating and go out of their way to help their customers. They respond to texts and calls at anytime and ensure you understand how to maintain a pool and hot tub. They have an automated system that lets you know when they are coming and they send out a report with pictures after they are done. Top notch from start to finish!

Well, just like in 2024, Matt and his crew are doing a great job in 2025. They got my pool uncovered, fixed it all up- it was green! By the end of their visit it was blue. Over the next couple of days, the settlement settled to the bottom, and Ahoy came back and vacuumed it up. They do a really good job. They text when they’re on the way, and send detailed photos of before and after pics, along with pics of the chemical readings. Top notch.

They came highly recommended by my neighbors and I am so glad I used them for my pool repair and maintenance. Matt and his team are professional , fast and reasonably priced. They not only go out of their way to not only get the job done right but to guide you through every step. They go above and beyond!!

5 Stars-Outstanding Service! I can't say enough about Ahoy Pools and the team there. My pool had turned completely green and was in rough shape, but they brought it back to life. From the first visit, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Not only did they get the water crystal clear again, but they also were able to replace my 20-year-old filtration system-and did it efficiently. The new system runs great, and the water has never looked better. They explained everything in detail, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what they promised. It's rare to find a company this reliable and committed to quality service. Highly recommend them to anyone needing pool cleanup or equipment replacement!

I love the service that Chris provides. He is always available to answer my questions and helps me understand what’s going on with my pool. He has even fixed little things like the liner bulging out during the maintenance visit! I am so happy to have Ahoy Pools and especially Chris keeping my pool looking so great!!!

Ahoy Pools Services are EXCELLENT!

Let me start stating that my wife and I are new to being POOL PEOPLE. This is our first time owning an inground pool. We didn't know what it takes to maintain, cleaning, closing, opening, salting, Ph stuff, etc...you get it. Our first year was challenging. Youtube was our instructor but I still didn't know and my wife was doing her best yet we didn't know what to do PROPERLY. When we covered our pool we thought it would be fine when we opened it up but we were wrong. She franticly called Ahoy Pools and Matt walked her through what to do OVER THE PHONE! We were not even their customer. After that we only use AHOY POOL service for everything pool.
We are now in our third year and very happy with them. Other pool services have reached out to us but we say "NO...we already have the BEST!"

I started service with Ahoy Pools early last year for the replacement of DE filter grids. Their service was outstanding, fast, and the pricing very reasonable! I was so impressed with their quality and professionalism that I hired them to perform my bi-weekly maintenance service year round.

Chris performs most of the service and his performance and knowledge is spot on!! He's always able to answer questions and provides valuable recommendations to help me keep my pool crystal clear and trouble free!

Cameron worked well with us when we were clearing servere overgrowth and was able to work around my crews schedule last minute and come back later in the day.
