Excellent company. Great customer service and communication. Pressure washed our roof and driveway. Will use again for sure.

The guys were very thorough my house looks great and the price was quite fair. They cleaned everything including the brick foundation and front porch. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be using them again.

EDIT: The owner reached out to resolve the driver issue, I originally left a poor review due to a driver from this company after I saw him on the road. I’m a small business owner myself so I understand the challenge of finding qualified safe drivers/employees.

I witnessed a driver of this company going 80 miles a hour on Portsmouth blvd, continuing to increase his speed in the Florence bowser school zone.

I’m sure this company is very good at power washing but you need to hire responsible safe drivers because he almost rear ended me trying to cut up traffic on a Sunday morning.

Going 80 or more into a 35 mph school zone that is usually 45 mph speed limit is a felony called aggravated reckless driving.

We just finished up our pressure washing here at Royal Sail Apartments and I cannot even bring to words how impressed I was with R&R Pressure Washing! Look at these before and after photos! Our 1100 building is VERY difficult to pressure wash, and the vendor we used last year said it was impossible to use a boom lift on the rear of the building which resulted in years of black build up on the 5th floor. R&R made it possible to use a lift and completed the job! R&R bought plywood and laid it down to prevent damage to the grounds. We received SO many compliments from our residents on how great they did and how kind and professional they were when on site! If you need pressure washing, PLEASE consider them in the future! I love that they're also a small, locally owned business.

The ladies are very good at cleaning and are very nice to have in my home.

The cleaners were ok and professional. They managed to not clean my refrigerator even though they clearly communicated to me they would. They also did not clean the windows in the house. And as a result I’m being charged for an additional cleaning service to come and clean what they missed.

I submitted this feedback to the company but the customer service ghosted me when I communicated this.

This was supposed to be a move out cleaning for me but has turned into just another expense that I’ve had to have another service come and clean what they did not.

We have used KAS Cleaning Services to clean carpets. They did such a great job we will be asking them to clean more. The carpets looked like new when they were finished.

Mariah is a saint! She doesn't make me feel bad for asking for things to be cleaned to my standards. She's quick but not to quick! I would request her for my next cleaning

I have 3 teens , 3 cats a dog and a pig . Two working parents means I couldn’t keep up with the house work . KAS has been a huge relief when it comes to helping me keep my home looks spotless . They always do quality work . I trust my home in the hands of KAS

Bryan and his crew were absolutely the best. Prices are very reasonable and they arrived on time. I contacted him needing services sooner than later and they made it happen. He was very open and honest and kept me informed every step of the way. Will be signing up for monthly maintenance.

The staff is amazing!!! We had a cleaning company prior to KAS and there is no comparison! The girls that come are efficient, detailed and do such an amazing job! Plus they are great people!
