Save yourself some time, frustration, and money and either hire someone who will do it right the first time or do it yourself. We were over the moon to hire this company to do a deep clean of our home that we are selling. It was expensive for our paychecks, but my fiancé works during the day and attends classes at night and I work long shifts throughout the week. Any time that we are not working we are attempting to keep our toddler at bay and cleaning just wasn't something we were going to have time to do therefore we were prepared to pay whatever it took to get the job done. After the initial clean, we had concerns about areas that were untouched and reached out to the company via email, as this was the only form of communication we have had. They came back, but issues remained and there was still no follow up communication, except when initiated our part. The overall customer care is not there which is disappointing. When my clients ask me who to go to for home cleaning services, I will now know who to tell them to steer clear of. I am attaching photos of the first "deep clean" that was completed on our home for reference - most areas remained looking like this until we cleaned it ourselves, minus the food next to the stove. They were kind enough to get the sides of the stove the second go-around.
