They are exceptionally professional, punctual, and their work is outstanding. I would say hands down they are a class act. The start of our Christmas season our church had our cleaning company got a better job and did not give notice. They came to our rescue and started immediately. They give quality service. I do not know what we would have done with out them. Tim was excellent! He was always willing to help, to do over and beyond, to see that our church was clean. If looking for a professional cleaning service this company will meet all of your needs. No job is to big!!!!

I was just at your Bridge Rd Suffolk Va location and the young man working there was so polite! He was trying to help everyone and answered questions. He made it an excellent shopping experience and my friend and I walked out with 4 plants! ❤️❤️

I love the pop up markets and have visited twice this week. The first time I found a named salvia, “back to the Fuschia”, I’ve not found anywhere else. I returned yesterday, while in the Suffolk area, with a friend to purchase her birthday present. Staff was super helpful on both occasions. Lovely selection of good quality plants.

The houseplants are severely neglected. Very poor selection. The only nice people in the building are the door people. Male, female, black, white or any nationality. The door people are always nice.

horrible buisness practices, refuses to get water for any worker and will fire a worke out of no where when theyre not doing so well in buisness. Horrible

Beautiful new store. Friendly people and great products. They have a self service pet wash in the back for a small fee that is great for avoiding sore backs and hair balls in the drain at home.😄

I came to tractor supply store looking to purchase a air filter for my Briggs & Stratton lawnmower. The standard 4915 88S. Using the app it said there were nine at the store. At the lawnmower section there were no B&S filters. So when I inquired at the counter, the lady looked it up and told me that they are on clearance and I have to find the clearance table, Check back by the bathroom in the back of the store. After about 10 minutes, I found the filters on a clearance table about 30 feet from the front counter. At checkout, I spoke with the manager and asked her why these filters were placed on clearance. She said “because we have to make room for the new model“. I replied, that there is no new model, these filters have been around for many years and will continue to be around as they are very common. The manager then rolled her eyes and looked away. This illustrates how ignorant the management at the store is. The manager obviously knows nothing about small engines or associated products. TSC should be hiring knowledgeable employees. Especially their management team.
