Bryan and his crew did an excellent job for a move out cleaning service. The home looked like new! They are professional, show up on time and make sure everything is done perfectly. I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

The team from KAS arrived 15 minutes early with all the necessary supplies to do the job. We asked them to do a "move-in" cleaning- including the stove and the refrigerator. They deep cleaned the bathrooms, windows and sills, floors and kitchen- including cabinets and cupboards- and did a fantastic job! I will use their services in the future when needed.

I would recommend KAS Cleaning Services to everyone. They consistently deliver top-notch service. They put a lot of effort and attention to detail. Phenomenal and satisfactory.

Bryan came and cleaned the carpets in my rental property a few days ago, so you know they are high traffic/stain areas. He did a great job, the carpets look brand new, including the ones on the stairs. He was efficient, courteous and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I am writing this review because the owner, BRYAN MORTON, called to tell me that he has to drop me and 4 of his other customers due to staff and scheduling issues. I thought these issues were already taken care of since I adjusted my schedule a couple of weeks ago to a time that was convenient to his company/his employer's schedule.
Now it's seems to be something different a week later.
Here are major concerns with this company. BEWARE!

1. The owner, Bryan Morton, asked majority of his employees to create fake names so they could write positive reviews for his company. Again his 4.8 star you see is fake!
2. He has an extreme high employee turnover rate.
3. He had price increase last year but stated it was because he needed to do that because the cleaner was his best employee. Did he really provide her a raise or did he pocket the increase for his pocket gains?
4. His company mission does not align with what he verbalized during initial start-up agreement. Bryan is all talk! He did not understand the word dialogue when he returned my call on Friday...kept interrupting every two sentences on Friday, August 23, 2024!He, Bryan, THE OWNER was all over the place with his emotions. He kept being disruptive after every 2 sentences I would make to him. After asking him multiple times to allow me to speak, he then stated he could not focus because he was ADHD.

Then a few seconds later he became irate then started to cry. WTH???? I AM NOT A THERAPIST, INSTEAD I AM AN ON-TIME LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMER!
I feel sorry for his unprofessionalism, impulsiveness, and kid-like behavior he displayed. Good luck to you and your business! OVERALL GOOD RIDDANCE!

Kiersten, KAS Cleaning Services BEST CLEANER is the companies saving grace..without her the company would be in a bigger pickle! Bryan has sent several other cleaners to my home in the past and they were no match to Kiersten.

UPDATE: Bryan your response below is reaching for the stars now! I never mistreated any of your employees. You sent employees to my home that could not clean. PERIOD. I requested that you send Kiersten only and that was accommodated. You had a relatively new employee call me less than 24 hour notice before my scheduled bi-weekly cleaning to cancel. I informed of my displeasure as your company policy expects customers to provide a 24 hour notice but apparently your company does NOT!
Your backing of your employees is again a lie....your high turnover is proof! PAY your employees! You claim you are funding the business via profits but based on your personal outbreak....Your wife is TIRED of paying your bills because you mismanage the funds.

Cleaned so well my house has never been cleaner even when I moved in. This is the cleanest I’ve ever seen it and I’m so grateful.

Best residential and commercial cleaning company in Suffolk. They’ve cleaning my house a couple times and did a fantastic job. Great with dogs as well! We had a deep cleaning and a move out cleaning. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to come home to a clean home!

Considering I have two pets, things were done quite well and people I interacted with were quite friendly and willing to work with me, even on some things I am pretty particular about. They’re good people, lesser known, but good and worth a try. ☺️ I trust them around my fur children.

KAS Cleaning Services is the best cleaning service I have ever done business with. I love supporting veteran owned local businesses every chance I get and I have been thrilled with the service KAS has provided. They are thorough, reasonably priced and trustworthy. They have a wonderful staff, a great system for scheduling and they are great with sending reminders about your scheduled cleaning day/time. If you are a busy working family or if you just hate cleaning you definitely need to call Bryan and get on the schedule with KAS.

My wife and I had been searching for a professional and reliable cleaning service for about a year and a half. We received about 5 or 6 recommendations from friends and social media. Out of all of them, they would either be full, or never respond to our calls or messages.
About two weeks ago someone recommended KAS. I reached out to them via their website for a quote, and received an email within a half an hour! I responded and set up my initial deep cleaning prior to scheduling regular bi-weekly cleaning. Extremely fast and professional! I was shocked (in a good way).

I selected KAS after reading their reviews. My experience was not stellar considering the pleasant initial exchange setting up the appointment. Perhaps, that deserved higher stars for the ability to schedule a next day appointment but the overall quality of work, attention to detail, and competency in performing services deserved half a star. There were three cleaners who arrived on-time and the fourth arrived over 45 minutes later the initial day. The team was pleasant and polite. I was quoted for completion at 2 p.m. with a start time at 9 a.m. They rushed through the job ending a little over 1 p.m. My issue was out of the team of four, there was one competent cleaner who had to clean after the entire team. Of course, only having one competent cleaner there, it's expected that there would be lots of areas missed if she's expected to rework all the areas after the rest of the team. After they left, I noticed multiple areas that were left untouched despite having a cleaner working in that area for a significant amount of time. I called and spoke to the owner. The exchange was productive and he informed me since they finished earlier the price originally quoted ($608) was going to be reduced and he would make things right by sending out his "closer" tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. to complete the areas missed. I received a system generated text message indicating the arrival window for the cleaner tomorrow for 9 a.m. to 9 a.m. I mention this because the next day, at 9 a.m. the cleaner did not start the job, so i waited until after 9:10 a.m. to call their office to ensure I wasn't mistaken on the time. I ended up reaching the owner again which I thought this would be a hopeful redemption compared to the previous day experience. He informed me the person parked in front of my house was not his "closer" but one of the cleaners from yesterday who is there to learn from her mistakes and there to help his "closer" until she arrives but she was running late. To make a long story short.... they did not deliver. The two calamities out of many that stood out for me was her not knowing how to use the Bona mop (Swifter style mop) spilling Bona cleaner all over my hardwood floors. I commend her for admitting to not reading the label on the bottle for the correct water to solution ratio. I'd like to foot-stomp emphasis on professionalism (not having the adept ability to learn your craft and read the instruction label of using a product you're unfamiliar with or better yet, using a mop perflexes me). The time I'm paying for could have been saved and my product would not have been wasted if a marginal level of competency was present. BLUF: Due to the solution thickness, the mop will not work unless you dilute it.
The other was her dropping one of my towels in the toilet. For context, the towels were stored over 6 foot high and displayed on glass shelves above the toilet in the area that was fully cleaned by me and to add, it was on a completely different floor of the house (there was no reason for them to be there). Especially, when there were two other bathrooms that required more attention from the botched job they did the day before. Again, she informed me and apologized. She asked to conduct another walk through but at that point, I was already fed up with my experience and wanted to end this ordeal. Needlesstosay, after they left I ended up recleaning the entire house and finding more areas that were untouched or done substandardly. This morning (the following day) I see a provisional charge for the FULL amount of $608.40. I've never felt more disappointed in paying for a professional service but getting served gross incompetence instead. There is nothing more sickening than feeling like you've been had. My moral compass cannot fairly endorse this company and the lack of quality of work they render.

The Ladies did a wonderful job. I am very happy with their work. Amber arrived first and we discussed what I needed done. When the others arrived she informed them of what I needed as well and they went right to work. Very satisfied with the job. After they left I did a closer inspection and the only thing I found was I think they just forgot to dust the front of the bureau in the primary bedroom. Also, one of them (Sorry, I can't recall which) showed me that she accidentally broke a wood statue. But I still would use your company again. Accidents happen. Thank you for your service. I happily recommend your company. I'm interested in a quote for bathrooms and kitchen only.
