Everyone on the team was professional and knew what they were doing. Install manager took his time with unit placements and asked good questions regarding our preference. Worked well with homeowner to preserve aesthetic of new siding so and was very neat inside and out. Love our new Mitsubishi mini split and would highly recommend them to do any type of AC install job. Permit was pulled as promised and work done to code and beyond. Price was as promised and military discount was applied. One week from quote to install and whisper quiet when running. One year free maintenance which we did not know about or forgot- as an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Hal was really quick to come out to our home and share ideas on what would suit our space. He waited two weeks to hear back from me and as soon as I said I was ready for the install, he had the equipment ordered and was installing the following week.

Pretty impressed at how quickly they worked and left no mess anywhere!

I am very glad I stumbled across their company through google. 5 stars all around. They paid attention to what I wanted and needed and didn’t waste any time getting it to me!

Hal was awesome, providing a reasonable quote and good suggestions on placement. Josh and Jesse did an amazing install. Bonus: everyone was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The guys gave a quick tutorial on how to run it and we love it!

The Atlantic Shores team did a great job on our installation. The attic has new insulation and a new runtru unit and honestly it feels like a whole new house. Had an issue with parts for the furnace and the team was kind enough to offer heaters for the time being if we need while parts come in which was considerate. Would recommend

I will definitely recommend Atlantic Shores! Hal and Josh came out to replace my entire system as well as added some new features. They were both very professional, on time, and listened to us. If we had any questions, we received not only an answer, but an explained answer if I looked a little confused. Hal also noticed a gap in my current duct work and instead of just letting it go, he fixed it. They also installed a new thermostat, which I didn't think would make that big of a difference to me, however, I really enjoy it and now I can monitor my system from anywhere. After our system was installed, Hal called to check up on us to make sure everything was still working properly. Will be contacting them again for any other future work that may need to be done as well as all my maintenance that needs to be stayed on top of. A++ for service as well as installation.

We have used Atlantic Shores for over 15 years to support our heating and cooling needs. They installed the two-zone complex system in our 3,900 sq foot home, and we could not be more pleased. The duct work is impeccable; such care was taken with the install. Any service requests we've ever had have been met with same-day or next-day punctuality. Their attention to detail is tireless, and every employee we've every encountered was amazing! Atlantic Shores installed the old unit that was replaced approximately 15 years ago. The new unit is very similar to the old one. The installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. I have my repairs and seasonal check ups performed by Atlantic Shores and will continue to do so.

This company saved us from all the other scam artist companies. They are truthful and honest and everyone should be doing business with them. 4 other companies tried to screw me on getting a complete new system. Atlantic fixed the problem and we have had our HVAC up and running for 8 months now. Love this place! We will be doing all of our HVAC business needs with them and have told all our friends.

Hal with Atlantic Shores knows his stuff. We had an emergency with our heat going out and Hal went out of his way to get us taken care of. He identified the issue, answered all our questions and even went further than needed to check other things to ensure no other issues would come up. I would recommend him and Atlantic Shores for all of your HVAV needs. He was fantastic!!!

Requested a service call on Tuesday - Tech arrived within 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue and explained the options. Ended up the unit had failed.
Sales rep arrived Wednesday morning and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Ordered a new system same day.
Installers arrived Thursday morning, got the new system up and running without hesitation.

Excellent communication from this company before arrival and during the process. Very professional and personable. Other than a new unit, I couldn’t even tell they had been here. Local company, great results!

I just recently purchased a new heating and cooling unit. I called and a technician Jack came out to service my unit. The system was not properly defrosting itself. A part was ordered for the unit. The part was replaced. The unit is now working properly again. Thank you Jack for a job well done.

Our AC was blowing warm. I wrote a text through the company’s website, and was pleasantly surprised to get a telephone call within an hour.
The techs showed up promptly the next day at the time we requested. They were very professional and kept us apprised of what we needed every step of the way.
Thank goodness it was an easy fix. They had us up and running within minutes. Then they performed maintenance on the unit.

This was the first time using Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling. I was very pleased. I received a courtesy call to let me know that the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and was professional and respectful. He offered suggestions for the next maintenance check in the Spring. I also appreciated that he cleaned up after himself. Good job, Jack!
