It’s been eight months since the work on my home kitchen was supposed to be finished. The kitchen was put together from scratch, and it looks like I hired someone inexperienced. The cabinets are coming loose from the ceiling, and the overall quality of the work was subpar at best.

Margret and Brandon did an amazing job keeping me abreast of all that was going on, and making sure they did ONLY WHAT WAS NEEDED. It nice to know that when people can take advantage of you they choose to do the alright thing! Thanks for taking care of us.

Within an hour of our water leak happening, Antwan and his team were at our home beginning their work. He and his team were friendly, professional, and very efficient. They even moved furniture themselves to get the job complete and required nothing from us. Job well done and thanks to ServePro for assisting us in a challenging time dealing with water damage.

We recently experienced some water damage in our home from an ice maker water line. Servpro showed up that same day and got everything under control for us. The workers were very professional, efficient, and kept us in the loop of what they were doing the whole time. Definitely recommend this company and would use them again if needed.

I went online to set an appointment to check for a possible mold issue, and the follow up from Servpro of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin responded promptly, came quickly and could not have been more professional. Had SERVPRO of Suffolk come out for a dishwasher leak that had gone on for a while causing quite a bit of damage to my rental property. Their guys were out and had the situation under control within hours. Appreciate the timeliness and professionalism of your team.

We had a pipe burst in our home. Once insurance was called we were told ServPro would be there within a 4 hour window. They were there in less than that. They immediately got started, wasting no time. We live in another state at the moment and they were very informative and helpful with us and our tenants. Definitely would recommend them should you need this service.

I had water damage on my cabinets and mold growing. I called servpro to come and look at it. They were fast to come out to look but the inspector ignored my opinion that it was my dishwasher leaking. He was nice but he didn’t check the dishwasher at all. I had a plumber come out today and we discovered it was the dishwasher leaking. It’s my home I had a feeling where the problem was and I was ignored probably because I’m a woman. 🤷🏻‍♀️ What a waste of 85 bucks.

Had a busted pipe that flooded the house while we were in town, called Servpro and they were there in 1 hour with all the proper equipment to start the drying process and mitigate the damage. Justin Shomaker was my Field representative and did a awesome job working with insurance adjuster and over seeing contractor support that completed all the work on the house from top to bottom. All I had to do was pick colors and sign the insurance checks... it was one of the smoothest operations I've seen in a long time with respect to a disastrous situation. I would recommend having SERVPRO's number in your phone just in case.. Very impressed with their professionalism!! outstanding job!!!

Antwan was helpful and pleasant. He was very professional and responsive.

There's nothing quite like the sinking feeling of walking into water pouring from the ceilings and walls of your beautiful home. Standing ankle deep in what has to be days' worth of an upstairs rupture as everything around you is destroyed.

Then the helpers come. The weeks that followed were a bustle of ripping out walls cabinets floors ceilings and of course, anything that moved, loud equipment dried the structure that could be saved. Servepro employees were always so wonderful and professional.

I hope I never need their services again, but I'm so glad to know they are available should that time ever come. They will be my first call. Thank you, Servepro of Suffolk

We have used Servpro several times, and they were always on time, professional and courteous. They did two large jobs while we went on vacation. I had no problem trusting them to be in our house alone. We came back and everything was in place, including a large island and new flooring. Everything looked good as new. Special thanks to Justin, who was in charge of the projects. We could not be more pleased.

Every time I have dealt with SERVPRO in Suffolk, they have been extremely responsive, professional and efficient. When we had a water leak in our house 2 years ago, they were there in 30mins and had all the water removed, fans running within an hour. Recently, my Mother had mold growing mysteriously in her closet, and upon inspection, Justin Shomaker (Manager with SERVPRO) noticed and measured high humidity in the house but no water damage or leak. He made a small correction on her thermostat which began to correct the humidity problem immediately. Not only did he refuse I pay him for a service call but he scheduled another technician to return this week for a free follow-up to make sure the small correction worked. Highly recommended.
