I had some water damage restoration work completed in my basement. The work was completed, but not totally to what I asked/paid for. Instead of sealing the cleaned areas with a white coating of sealant, they used a clear coat product, leaving the area looking like nothing had been done. I had to go reseal the entire area myself, increasing my costs and time spent doing work I felt I had already paid for.
The company is reputable, and I would probably use them again, but would make sure that all the specifics were in writing to ensure satisfaction for the cost of the work requested.

This company was very professional. The project went smoothly and was well- managed with no issues to delay progress. The entire staff was friendly, respectful and worked hard. Justin and Shane are very good managers of their teams and the project as a whole! We were happy an unpleasant and inconvenient project was run so well making the completion of work much easier to handle. The contractor JAC Inc. that did some of the project on behalf of ServPro did a fine job and their team was very friendly, hard-working and always on time. The moving company 1-800- Packouts did a great job also! Thank you so much for your professionalism and organization to complete our project!

Wasn't what I thought...they used a whip hose in in my flex duct...said my duct was soft..didn't take the grills of till I said something.. came up the stairs with hose and ladder at the same time not worried about banging my walls. Was not at all impressed. One vent slid back in the knee wall...fixed myself

Their team of professionals handled the situation and eased our anxiety to the damage that laid before us. After a sewer pipe burst, these guys came in. They took out the lower kitchen cupboards and appliances and the flooring in three rooms.

They packed up the salvageable belongings, installed new flooring, baseboards, and toe moldings, and repainted. They took care to choose flooring and bathroom furnishings in keeping with our 1930 home, even replicating the plaster designs.

They were hard-working, friendly, and communucative. We hope never to need them again - but they did an amazing job.

Came home last Wednesday to over 8000 gallons of water having pumped under my house all day. A call to Servpro the next morning and by 3pm Antwan and Ben were here doing their thing! Thorough, helpful, kind and courteous! Dehumes placed under the house for 5 days. Today, Brandon and Brandon came back, measured for insulation and gathered their equipment. These teams were top notch! Explained everything I asked and even looked around for things that could be a problem in the future! Well done gentlemen! Thank you to thse 4 men for all they did. We had an electrical/ refrigerator water line leek undetected. There was a lot of water damage.our insurance company recommend Servpro. They told ALL the stress off me. Cleaned up the damage and repaired floor, cabinet, wall and wiring even the office ladies were there to answer all my questions and helped me tremendously. We could not have asked for a company to be more professional, compassionate, courteous, and the crew hired for the repairs ( JOC) were above and beyond. Thank you for all you did!

The mitigation team did a thorough job assessing our damage. Thankfully it was limited but still required attention. Antoine was very attentive to detail and noticed the original dehumidifier wasn't doing the job and switched to a larger one. He and Ben instilled confidence that the mitigation was going to be done right and it was. I was very happy with their work and they were very professional and pleasant.

They were amazing. They handled things quickly and were always professional. He taught me more about the effects of mold than I ever realized. So far so good. The fans are noisy but that's to be expected with having to dry out everything. The work crew has been very helpful and professional.

This is a recommendation for Servpro of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin.
We discovered we had a leak that had gotten under the flooring in our kitchen. We called our local servpro and they responded two technicians the next morning to take care of the situation and to mitigate the effects of the water leakage. Antwan Powell and Ben Lutz arrived at the agreed time in the morning they did preliminary test with equipment that would tell them the status of the flooding and conditions that were unseen to us. After gathering information they started by removing our flooring and the subflooring showing us all of the puddles of water under the flooring in our kitchen. This process required them to to move the refrigerator, oven and the dishwasher, all of this was handled smoothly and with no problems. They scraped up and removed everything to the subflooring and set up fans and dehumidifiers that have been running and will be running for the next few days to dry everything. These were two very professional, polite and hard working technicians. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. The status of the drying was checked on every work day. They are currently completing the job now that the floor has dried and they are putting down floor covering so we can walk in there until the flooring people come to install our floor. Great job from start to finish!
