Failed to return with part. It was bad enough that they wanted to charge to make a second trip out, but now they don't even show up. Would not recommend this company.

Was not satisfied with the level of service. I would say the technician seemed in over his head. They should never have been sent out a rookie. He cleaned it well but couldnt fix it.

They got the job done efficiently. They also annually check our tankless water heater.

We had been without heat and hot water for the weekend and my regular plumber was sick. I called Fitch Specialties and Mr. Fitch responded troubleshooted the problem and had us up and thawing out.
