The technician arrived when promised and called ahead to let us know when he was arriving. The technician was very polite and professional and, if a change in thermostat setting was necessary to check out the equipment, the thermostat was reset to the original setting when he completed his testing.

I have been a customer of Brian for over thirty years, with both my business and home HVAC. As a retired business owner myself, I can truly state Brian runs an honest business and hires and keeps EXCEPTIONAL employees.

Derrick provided PM on our present system and gave us a quote for a new system. He was relatable, personable, and professional. He spent quality time on making sure to get the correct ton unit for our house. He explained all the details and answered all our questions. He understood that a good relationship was important to us. We liked his approach so much and the referrals from 2 friends, we decided not to get a 2nd quote.

Tech arrived promptly at the beginning of the agreed to timeframe. Extremely courteous and professional, he immediately began inspecting the AC and furnace. He clearly articulated his findings and ensured I understood the immediate preventive maintenance steps I should affect. Very pleased with the service. The service plans minimize costs while simultaneously affording comprehensive coverage.

I called their office and one of the technicians called me back fairly quickly. Despite being slammed with work they fitted me in to the schedule. The technician, CJ, called me prior to getting here and arrived on time. We discussed the problem I was experiencing and then troubleshot the issue. He was able to find the problem and resolved it quickly. CJ is polite, knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure having him here. I highly recommend Williamsburg Heating and Air Conditioning!

This was a difficult review to do. Their focus on service is excellent & the technician was no exception. But had to pause when I saw the repair involved a 260+% markup on a part Honeywell sells retail for $120. All businesses are entitled to a profit on labor & parts. But owner did not explain why this was so high...just said "the price is the price"...I want to stay w/ them...but if the next service call is something major, the math becomes prohibitive. So regrettably, I guess I'll have to shop around...

Usual thorough service is appreciated. We have utilized their services for 3 years and received excellent maintenance at a reasonable price.

I was referred by my neighbor, (recently purchased home) checked the reviews...booked a cleaning /inspection and purchased a service plan. The tech-Derek- called 15 min prior to arrival, he was very courtious explained how to best use my system dampers and did a thorough inspection. We needed a bit of freon, I was very happy with the interaction/service... I am glad we are customers!! Highly recommend!!

CJ did a great job. He was knowledgable, personable and careful to use shoe covers inside. He also discovered a leak in my gas meter, did a soapy water test to confirm and stayed until I had contacted help.

Excellent service. Arrival window was 8-10 am and technician arrived at 8:10. Technician took the time to explain issues found, how to resolve them and the cost. Cost was very reasonable.

Williamsburg Heating & AC is our go-to team for maintenance and service! Derek, Daylon, and crew did a fantastic job of diagnosing our AC unit when it conked out and had as back up an running (even ensuring our warranty coverage!) speedily!

Great experience. I leave for work early and had to make an appointment before they were even open and there was no problem. They were so nice and accommodating.

I have a service contract, which I pay quarterly. I could not be more pleased with this - they call to make an appointment both spring (to service A/C) and fall (to service HVAC). They are on time, and very polite and considerate. Love them!
