We have used Williamsburg Heating & Air Conditioning for seasonal maintenance, addressing issues, and installing smaller units. The technicians are wonderful, extremely capable, knowledgeable, and polite. They take time to answer all our questions and explain the issues with advice when asked about preventing future problems. We thoroughly recommend them!

Mitchell was knowledgeable and highly professional. He explained what he was doing to make sure we concurred with what he was doing. Overall a very good experience.

Finally, he checked to make sure everything was working properly and even marked specific connections for easier identification. Double thumbs up!

Excellent service. Prompt courteous and helpful. Derek was our service technician and was efficient and helpful. We recently moved into our house and our upstairs AC system stopped working. Derek immediately diagnosed the issue, corrected a couple of other issues annd within 3 days we anre good to go. Highly recommend this company and also recommend Derek! Many thanks.

We just moved from Gloucester to JCC and our company that maintained our HVAC doesn't service here. I chose Williamsburg Heating and Air based on the reviews. We had our first maintenance service Friday. The technician was great. He was polite, checked our system throughly, and answered all of our questions. We are very please that we chose them .

Mitchell was very courteous, helpful & did a great job explaining that our system was working well etc. I had my system replaced in 2021 so this was a "check up / tune up" and all was fine.
I have dealt with (Brian &) Williamsburg Heating & Air for 33 years in my 3 residences & have found them to be very helpful always in solving any issues & expert installation of replacement of updated equipment that have always been effiecient & cost saving in the upgrade. Thanks to them all!

Wburg Heating & Air is the best! They provided same-day service (twice) and solved the leak problem around our heating system. No charge for the second visit. Seth was very professional and brings a great attitude.

We have used this company for the past 7 years, and have always been pleased by their work. We recently hired them to install a new HVAC system to replace the ~25 year-old unit in our 1970's-era house. Five technicians arrived promptly on installation day. Their entire team is professional, courteous, technically-competent, and receptive to customer requests and questions as the work is being completed. We couldn't be happier with the end result! What an awesome company. Everyone at this company was so kind and friendly. We lost our heat early on a Sunday and the part had to be ordered. They let us use their heaters and even gave us firewood. Who does this anymore? That's how much they care. The technician,Brennan even came out to install the new motor after hours. This is unheard of where I am from. They have our business from here on out and I will tell everyone about what a incredible company this is. Thank to all the employees who helped us. We really appreciate it!
