If you live in Oakton or Vienna this family owned garden center is a must visit. They have some really unique landscape features and a great seasonal rotation of plants! It would be nice if they're prices were a little lower, but given they are a small business and it seems they target higher quality products the price point makes sense.

Our family loves Depaul's! We always come for freshest local produce, honey and apple cider.

The owners are always nice and very attentive.

Staff is always friendly and there is a good selection. Be sure to check out the little cottage behind the open market building: amazing ice cream sandwiches! Those might be seasonal, so get 'em while it's hot!

I’ve just discovered DePaul’s recently and it’s become a fast favorite of mine. It’s like a little NOVA sanctuary- I find myself coming here after a hard day at work or just to get respite from the everyday. There’s so many great plants and flowers to choose from and I love that they have a selection of food from McCutcheon’s as well as other local produce. I especially love the treasures and gems inside the cottage hidden in the back- Sam is the best and has amazing finds, new and vintage! I love supporting them and shopping local.

The gentleman who helped me was quite knowledgeable about the herbs I was considering. He very kindly gathered my choices and walked me over to the payment desk, where we did the do, and then carried my purchases to my car. We even discussed the history of DePaul's, which I found fascinating. It was a nice experience, and I will be happy to return for further needs.

I gave 3 stars only because everything is very expensive. Beautiful to walk around but its very pricey.

They don't accept anything below $5 with a credit card. So make sure to bring some cash or spend more than $5

We love coming here. The lot is much larger than you think from the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stopped by today to get some plants for our porch containers. And the prices are very reasonable. I'm really pleased with the end result.

There are awesome flowers and various kinds of pumpkins. It's fun to look around.

Great selection of pumpkins, gourds, and squash! Very lovely staff and a wonderful place to visit for the fall to take pictures and get plants. Dog friendly as well!

Another great experience at Depaul’s. Local ownership provides really great products catered to the needs of local users. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Best selection of Christmas trees and pumpkins. Love supporting local businesses like Depauls

Great service and kind folks! It feels like a movie here in the winter and the products are often from other local dealers. We always get a fresh tree for Christmas and they surprised us with a 30% off sale because we bought so close to Christmas. I highly recommend stopping by here if you get Christmas trees for the 12 days after Christmas. Sometimes they provide cider and a fire pit. A great place to stop by with kids or just an outdoor refresh. Love it here!

This place is adorable and has amazing variety! The annuals were cheap and every plant is beautifully grown and taken care of. I’ve been back multiple times just because it’s enjoyable and beautiful. They also sell various other things like pots, candles, pickled items, and more. Worth stopping!!

Quality of the plans are excellent. Prices for the quality is fair. I do love the shopping carts :) lol. Love the Many different Varieties of the tomato seedlings/plants.

Updated August 2025: houseplant selection has grown, with a dedicated home decor and houseplants shop! Also has a lot of fun, vintage clothing and goods. This included a vintage denim bar with some great finds. They've got some things for outdoor garden plants that are rare or hard to find. Highly recommend stopping in (and regularly, because it's always changing!)

Lots of great plants that are super healthy! Prices are on par with what you see at other nurseries and some big box stores. They have a small collection of house plants, but you should really go there for their outdoor and garden plants.
