They are friendly, prompt to answer and respond to calls, even during off hours, are very knowledgeable on both routine and more complicated issues, and are reasonably priced. I'm really happy with Skilled Maids since I began with them. While the price is a little higher than I have found elsewhere they have consistently done an exceptional job cleaning my house. They also provide great customer service with clear policies around cancelling and rescheduling. It's been easy to reach them by phone and text when we have a question or feedback. We are a busy family with 3 kids and 2 careers and more stuff than we really should. They still work around our reorganizing projects to make sure the house is as clean even if it's still cluttered. This has significantly brought down my stress about bringing someone in. If you're looking for cleaners and ease of communicating is high on your list, definitely give them a try.
