Sent an outsourced HVAC vendor instead of a local carpet technician. The tech was nice enough but did not do the job properly on the first try, and had to come back next day… I had to take 2 days off work to get my carpet cleaned!

The guy “Adam” who answered the phone has no idea how to deal with customer issues or to communicate at all. He argued and lied to me several times and did not even call back as requested. Sleazy and a very unprofessional experience. Nope!

This is an outsource outfit who have no professional staff or techs, and once you do business it feels and acts like a scam company. I’d bet most of the 5 star reviews here are made up. AVOID, PLEASE AVOID!
