Excellent Carpet Cleaning was true to their name. I needed service immediately due to someone moving out and another moving in on the same day. I was amazed that they found a way to clean my carpets and upholstery on such a short notice. I was completely satisfied, professional work and excellent customer service. I will use they again.

My experience with Excellent Carpet C;eaning was great! They cleaned three sets of sheer drapes which have stiffening battens in them in place. The workman was prompt, efficient courteous and completed a thorough job.

They did a wonderful job cleaning carpets and furniture after a two week visit with my young grandchildren. They are easy to work with because they gave me a one hour window of their arrival whereas other companies give a 4 hour window. The team that came were professional, efficient and friendly. My experience with Excellent Carpet Cleaning was truly excellent. They did a terrific job with the work, even doing more than they had originally quoted for (without any additional charge). Their technician accidentally broke the clip holding our dryer vent cover in place outside the house, but when I notified the company of this they were prompt, courteous and professional - they took care of fixing it immediately. Truly top-level service, I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

Chat on there website, but it's a robot. You get no customer service. Cannot answer questions. Just want together all your personal information. And I can see by the reviews. It's not somewhere. I should really go anyway.

Joe hadeed is extremely mentally slow and cannot seem to comprehend simple instructions. I think he knows he is slow and thus he uses anger as a defense mechanism because he’s just dumb. He also has a major anger issue and will yell at his customers. Do not hire!!!!
