i went to the Vienna Branch and very happy with the customer service, He was very friendly and nice. the guy was very professional and informative. He was very helpful even offered to carry my rug to store and back to my car. the price was reasonable and i would recommend him since he was very professional and knowledgeable. i would go back for business and recommend this place in Vienna to my friends and family.

Used them three different times. Progressively dissatisfied with service.took our two rugs for cleaning in Feb, given a written contract with price. Signed the contact and was told rugs ships be ready 7-10 days. was called a couple days later to try and upsell with repairs. I declined the upsell and was told rugs would be ready in a week. Almost a month later I still had not heard from them. When I contacted them they said that it was normal for turnaround to be 10 days, when I told them it had been 4 weeks they mumbled that the rug should be ready the next week. Well, 4 weeks after that I finally have the rugs, nearly 2 MONTHS after I took the rugs in. they never called, or left any messages letting me know the rugs were available. Poor customer service.

I called to get an estimate for the repair on my Persian rug, they told me before they can give me an estimate, they have to wash the carpet. They would charge me for it as well, when my carpet doesn't need to get washed at all. That is the most ridiculous explanation I have ever heard in my life. In my opinion, it is stealing in broad daylight. I would never trust this business.

Central Michigan University Global Campus' Alexandria Center classrooms and conference room were desperately in need of carpet cleaning. Active students, evening and weekend classes tend to lead to well-used and abused carpet. In my search for a dependable, professional carpet cleaning service, I happened to meet representatives from Hadeed Carpet at several Alexandria and Arlington Chamber of Commerce events.

The bottom line: our Center staff couldn't have been more pleased with Hadeed Carpet Cleaning's responsiveness, professionalism, pricing, and -- above all -- quality of workmanship. If you're in need of carpet cleaning, this firm knows what it's doing and how to treat its customers.

Adding insult to injury Hadeed charged me an EXTRA $100 dollars for attempted stain removal on my 8' by 10' cream wool carpet. Stain removal is not standard in their cleaning charges, but this key fact was never communicated to me in advance. The rug came back washed but with the stains were in tact. Over $370 TOTAL for an 8 by 10 rug cleaning that didn't really do much. They should be me more upfront. I asked them to refund AT LEAST the stain removal fee of $100 but Mr. Hadeed (per his manager of Vienna outlet) refused.

Poor experience. Was told $287.50-$325.for cleaning depending on size. Upon dropping the carpet 20 minutes later the price was $639. CSR keep trying to negotiate price. I put carpet back in the car, not before receiving additional quotes.. Not really into having to negotiate a price of a carpet cleaning. It was like a used car sales experience.

We had them clean and repair damage to an antique Persian carpet. Here's what ended up happening, taken from my email to them: "The work you did was so poor that when my wife saw the repairs to her rug, she burst into tears. She has long experience with Persian rugs, being from Iran, and in her opinion the repairs you made are worth nothing and in fact destroy the value of the rug. She has put it away, and cannot look at it. So my birthday gift was a complete disaster." I spent about a month trying to get some money back, they stalled, I gave up. Crooks.

Francisco came and cleaned VERY dirty stairs and pet-stained wall-to-wall carpet. He was on-time, thorough, pleasant, and professional. My carpet looks like new. I'm truly amazed at the results! I had attempted to clean both areas with steam cleaner and was unsuccessful - so glad that I called Hadeed to clean. Service completed in approximately one hour.

You don't need Hadeed. In fact, I really did not need Hadeed today. I would be wary of using a carpet cleaner that doesn't know how to park their car within the white lines. Practically impossible to back out of my spot in a parking garage. So dangerous!!! Please see this and have a talk with whoever did this nonsense. Thanks.

Hadeed Carpet Cleaning, Inc. did an outstanding job with our oriental carpet. They picked it up for binding repair and cleaning, and when it was returned, it looked like new. The repair work was beautifully done and completed in a short time.
