We used Flood Doctor to dry our basement. They responded very quickly and professionally and helped us avoid any long-term damage. Hope to never have this situation happen again, but if it does, we're calling Flood Doctor!

We had a dishwasher overflow last month. The water leaked into our basement and into the adjacent rooms. We used flood doctor for the water damage mitigation and later for the repair work. They removed all the wet drywall, carpeting and hardwood floors. Installed fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything. After about a week they came back and replaced everything that was removed previously.

The project manager that we dealt with, Pasha, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came time to deal with the insurance company. He took the time to review our policy without and gave us a folder with all the pictures and documents that the insurance company needed to reimburse us for the damages.

The team at Flood Doctor turned a stressful situation into a breeze. Their expertise in mold damage restoration is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Frank, thanks for your public response, but I reached out multiple times via email and phone BEFORE any COVID 19 restrictions were put in place with ZERO response. It is disheartening that you would use the pandemic to try and cover up poor customer service.

After successfully completing the mold remediation, Marcus arranged for a contractor, Pasha, to come out and do an estimate for the restoration portion of the project. We have not heard from either Marcus or Pasha in weeks despite repeated emails and calls.

Marcus was our main contact and was extremely responses and answered all of our (many!) questions in a professional and timely manner. This made a very stressful situation much more bearable! Highly recommend Marcus, Flood Doctor and the contractors who did the mold remediation work!

Just had a basement flooding situation on 15 May, 2018 and called these guys at 1 AM at night. Frank picks up right away and is extremely helpful and reassuring. The next day at 9 AM the guys show up with thermal cameras to help us assess the damage. Free assessment - but more importantly, gave a very honest assessment that their help was not needed in our situation since they said we have the situation under control. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, not looking to upsell!!! I would call them anytime.

Pasha and crew were amazing. Explained everything they did Andy why they were doing it. Removed water treated for the possibility of mold and treated for microbes. My family with strong allergies never had an allergic reaction or saw any mold. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I don’t usually write reviews about service companies because it’s usually always a headache.
I called our insurance for flood damage in my basement due to a foundation issue. Farmers referred us To flood doctor. They broke down the whole process from a-z. Frank was more than assuring and relieved me from all the stress. I couldn’t reccomend a better crew. We’re glad to have had Frank and crew on our side.

Very prompt response to a non-urgent service request. Based on what we’re experiencing, we need a different specialist to help us, but Flood Doctor helpfully provided their expertise and advice about next steps.

More than 5 stars!!! Unfortunately we had quite a bit of water damage at our home. Our bathroom flooded our third floor and seeped through the drywall to our second floor. I called flood Doctor and explained what happened. They were able to bring in dehumidifiers, fans, and perform an assessment on where the water was IN the walls. Our entire third floor bathroom had to be ripped out and replaced. The tile, vanity, and carpet in the third floor hallway had to be ripped out and replaced as well. On the second floor of our townhouse the drywall for our dining room, living room and electrical (fan and kitchen lights) was also effected by the water damage.
We had to make an insurance claim and they worked with our insurance company every step of the way and kept us in the loop at all times. Between phone calls, texts, and many many questions they were AWESOME! No matter what time of day time of day or night (trust me I work nights) they were always able to help.
The construction that was done with DAR restoration is impeccable. In an unfortunate situation, flood dr and team exceptional. I would, and have recommended Flood dr. And DAR Restoration to anyone and everyone! Thank you for putting our home back together =)

Our basement flooded this past winter due to a pipe freezing and bursting. We were out of town and by the time we got home two days had passed and our basement had turned into a pool. We called Flood Doctor and they were on the scene in no time.

Their backend staff was very well organized and worked with my wife and I to schedule all the different times they would have to come and go over the next month. Our entire basement was demolished and restored in just 30 days.

They also helped us with insurance company paperwork and red tape. The office staff was well prepared when it came to providing our insurance company what they needed. A dropbox file was created and all their daily readings and work-logs were updated for the adjuster to see. He never had to bother us and ask for pictures or measurements.

Flood Doctor was called after heavy rains flooded our basement. They came out immediately and started working. They packed out everything and moved it out of the basement. After which they extracted all the water from our basement and placed equipment there for several days to dry everything. My mother and I were very pleased with the level of professionalism and responsiveness of the flood doctor crew.

Their team at the office was also just as helpful when it came time for us to file an insurance claim. This being our 1st claim for our home we had no idea where to start. They documented everything and gave us everything that they knew our adjuster would want.

Had water coming into my condo from a unit above in Arlington. There was water damage everywhere, mostly in the ceiling and such a disaster. I contacted Flood Doctor to come to my home and performed water mitigation services due to a hot water tank leak in my finished basement utility/laundry room. My whole basement was flooded.
When I first contacted Flood Doctor , the representative that I spoke to was so claming. They really took the time to hear my concerns and understand what I was going through. I was able to schedule services the same day, which was a huge relief. The technicians arrived within the estimated scheduled time frame. They inspected and took pictures of my basement. Due to the amount of damage caused by the flood, they were able to help move furniture/contents and remove the all of the damaged carpet/pad in my basement. Flood Doctor even hauled away all of the wet carpet and padding. Then drying equipment was set up. They monitored the equipment each day to assure they were not leaving any room for mold to growth.

They then provided water damage remediation, including removal affected baseboards and sections of drywall. On the last day of services, the technician performed a final walk through of services for my basement.

A waterfall started streaming from my neighbor's ceiling at 1:30 A.M. While dealing with the leak from the condo above, she called Servpro; that was a mistake! The person that answered was useless.

I recently had an upstairs neighbor's toilet overflow into my condo in the middle of the night, causing damage to my bathroom and kitchen. Marcus from Flood Doctor came out to assess the damage almost immediately after I called, and had a crew come to my place two hours later to do the immediate mitigation, with the full remediation and demolition following. After a covid-related delay, insurance sent an adjuster out this morning to view the damage, and he commented that the restoration company had done good work. Marcus was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, and made a stressful situation as easy as it could be.
