What a lifesaver! Flood Doctor turned a stressful situation into an easy process. Their team was professional, efficient and caring throughout the entire restoration. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service!

Met with Steve to review a potential problem. He clearly answered all our questions including whether we had mold in our concrete floor. He was very personable and honest. There were no high-pressure sales. Would definitely recommend Flood Doctor.

I've been dealing with Steve at Flood Doctor since we had a sewage backup in February. He came out on the recommendation of the plumber. Steve has been professional, proactive, and communicative, while our insurance company drags their feet. Based on my interaction with Steve alone, I would recommend FLood Doctor. Thanks Steve!

While I was house sitting for my parents, a pipe had burst from the recent freezing temperatures and flooded the basement. Flood Doctor came in immediately and restored the room completely to its original condition all before my parents returned. Employees were professional and knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend using this company!

It was the middle of the night and I had no where to turn. There was no hesitation when i called and Frank said he would have someone on the way. When Dave and his team got there they got everything set up and the fans started. Dave was awesome, he took the time to explain what needed to happen. He was professional yet empathetic to my situation. Once i was in touch with my builder and have everything set with them to begin repairs Dave was patient and said he would come to get the fans whenever I called and there was no rush. I am so glad I called Flood Doctor instead of any of the other remediation companies. I hope I never need to call them again but if water finds it way into my condo again I will know who to call. Thank You!

With honor and respect, I want to take the time to let as many people as I can know how wonderful this company is. What started as an unknown leak turned into complete restoration over a period of 6 days. Steve and his team took control and told me to "trust them" and I am so glad I did. Not only were they consistent but they also recommended to multiple companies to help get this location back in business. The pricing, time, patience, kindness everything you want out of a company you can find here.

Frank and the Flood Doctor team were all super professional, responded very quickly and fixed the problem mercifully fast. I am in law school so I really appreciate not having to stay on top of a company to make sure they do the work properly, they saved me tons of time and stress and it was an all around great experience as far as flood remediation services go! Will definitely use them again!
