Zach came out to take measurements. Told me to check out Shoreline’s website to pick out style, color etc. for vinyl fencing. He took my email address and said he’d email me a quote after I texted him what I wanted. Text him 2 days later...’crickets’. Called him 4 days after that and left message to confirm he rec’d my text and to know when I could expect an quote...’crickets’. It’s been 10 days since he came out, he has my phone # & email and hasn’t made an attempt to contact me. Guess he’s too busy to care about providing quality customer service. Even if he was too busy to take on my fencing project it would have been a nice gesture & shown professional courtesy to call me back to let me know.

I would be amazed if this guy is still in business, I do not even know if I will be able to fix all of the damage done to my home and my bank account by Mr. Twyford. Avoid this "company" at all costs. Everything about this guy is horrible believe me. He did a patio extension for me less than a year ago that is already in need of major repair. He also did a new fence for me that is already falling apart and the gates do not work at all. I wasted over $25000 and will have to live with the destruction that he caused my property. What he did to me would be criminal in some cases but I made the huge mistake of trusting him and now I will live with this extremely expensive mistake forever. Please BEWARE this guy is bad news but like I said earlier he is most likely out of business and that will be a good thing.

Zach and his crew are exceptional! They’ve done two jobs for us and if we weren’t moving out of state, they would be doing more. A little over a year ago, Zach added a new section of driveway for us and today he resurfaced an old section of driveway. We were in a time crunch for both jobs and Zach went out of his way to ensure they were done as quickly as possible. Not only were they easy to work with, but they were very professional and reasonably priced. Don’t go anywhere else for a concrete job. VA Path and Patio is who you want.

Great experience working with Zak on our entry walkway and back patio. We also had a concrete slab addition to our driveway. This is third time using this company and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I had an underground drainage system installed which created a hump in the walkway, so, when it rained or I ran the sprinkler system the water couldn’t drain and caused a bad puddle to form. The owner of the company that installed the drainage system contacted Zach with Va Path and Patio. He was here within four days, looked at the problem, came up with a plan and had it fixed within a couple of hours. The hump is gone and the walkway looks great. I would definitely recommend Zach and Va Path and Patio for any paver work you need done.

VA Path and Patio did a superb job on out concrete patio and fence replacement. Very professional, prompt and on budget. We love having the patio making our backyard more comfortable outdoor space. Will use them in the future for a driveway widening.

Zach and crew did a great job on our concrete patio in our back yard. There were many obstacles including tree roots from a huge tree that was removed a couple years ago but the damage had been done and our AC unit had to be moved and set back up. Luckily, Zach had all the right connections to achieve our goals, including the AC issue and our drainage problems in our side yard. I would recommend them for all your concrete needs.

Bottom line up front! VA Path & Patio did an amazing job on my Patio Pavers. The professionalism is outstanding and all of the details of my project were explained step by step. They even made sure that the sod that was excavated stayed in tact so that I could replant in other part of my lawn. The pricing is very reasonable compared to most of the other contractors. I recommend VA Path & Patio for anyone considering any outdoor projects. You will not be disappointed!

This review is long overdue. I started a major landscaping project in the spring and 2023 and finished the entire project in the spring of 2024. VA Path and Patio was an integral and MAJOR player in my project. They put down more than 2000 square feet of pavers and were extremely fair in their estimates. Zach, the owner, is a true professional in his craft. He is meticulous and takes great pride in his work. He and is crew worked tirelessly, were punctual, courteous, and professional at all times. At the end of each day, they made sure to cleanup the work area. I for one feel very lucky to have found this company. I am 110 percent satisfied with the completed job and they deserve a rating well above five stars. Please disregard the negative reviews. Zach and his team transformed my drab front yard to a gorgeous paver patio with va pergola...They are a great bunch of guys that work very well as a team to do awesome work...If you want paver work done, you can't beat this company...So, we were so impressed and satisfied with our patio, we decided to extend the patio right into the driveway. Once again, Zach and his team did an awesome job...We couldn't be happier...You won't be disappointed if you choose this company to do your paver job...
