Wasted my time with an estimate walkthrough, they never responded to any of my follow up phones calls or provided me with said estimate. Don't waste your time like I did with them.

Run for the hills my friends this contractor is horrible! They will promise you the world and deliver nothing! They'd have not a clue on what they are doing. I learned the hard way. I am actually surprised they're still in business.

The three ladies that run the office are absolute professionals,but thats where the good ends,too many inexperienced,underqualified chiefs running around and not enough indians. Do yourself a huge favor and keep looking because with Adrian regret is guaranteed.

Room Addition 19.5ft x 7.1ft. Work Quality: This project had a lot of do overs by the contractor due to poor communications or poor workmanship. Customer Service: Below average. Value for the Money: I paid them an additional $2000 in change orders. $1000 of which was for a structural Engineer (normal for this area is $503) for foundation drawings couple days after I signed the contract. Also another change order of $700 for foundation work that the structural engineer specified. I felt these addition charges should have been the in the original contract estimate because Adrian knew foundation work was a known factor before this project started.
This contractor does not believe in providing detailed concept drawings (not to be confused with Engineering Mechanical Drawings) to the customer that would be posted in the work area for the workers and subcontractors to use. Adrian kept referring I was asking for Mechanical Drawings costing $4000, which is not correct. The drawing discussions became adversarial with Adrian, so I stopped bringing the subject up. I had to twist their arm to get a single concept drawing depicting the wood deck appearance after they finished the room addition. Finally the site supervisor pen inked the wood deck appearance upon project completion on a drawing which became part of the contract. If you are not skilled in detailing construction contracts you may want to pass on this contractor. This contractor provided me with a construction contract that stated generic wording of deliverable items needed to get the room addition done from their point of view. I had to add the detail narrative to the contract. Remember the old phrase - the devil is in the details. If you do not detail what you want delivered in the Adrian’s contract (color, type material, shape, size, location, how many, wood molding color, etc.), then you will hear this contractor say -- that is not in the contract, and they will be more than happy to provide you with a change order that will add costs to the original contract estimate that was agreed upon. I was told by the site supervisor that’s how the game is played.
The subcontractor workmanship of the new addition gutter downspouts merged into my existing downspouts was absolutely terrible. Adrian said they would fix it, but after a week of hearing nothing from Adrian, I hired Gutter Brothers to resolve the gutter issue.

First I want to start off by saying I called approximately 8 different companies. 6 showed up although I only got about 4 different quotes. Adrian's wasn't the lowest or highest quote but definitely worth every penny. All the guys was extremely professional, polite & considerate. We always knew what was happening from beginning to end because they provide an app & attached is all your information including a calendar. It was great communication between the builders & us.
Because of the pandemic, some of our things that we ordered was on delay. Ricky & Donny (the pumbers) put a temporary faucet in so we could have access to water in the kitchen. They definitely didn't have to do that. They bought a temporary faucet w/ there personall $ until ours came in. Austin & Doug had to do a complete demolition of our old kitchen before they could even begin adding the new additions. They took a wall down bcuz we wanted to make the kitchen handicap accessible for our older years. Earnest did our floors. I didn't want anyone else. Bottom line, save your time & just call Adrian's. Everything you see in the pictures is new. Our would was rotted including our floor. It was a complete reconstruction from beginning to end. Everything you see in the pictures are new. Dean was the project manager & the lines of communication was always open & even though our kitchen is done, I still feel like I could call or text him anytime. He has always kept the lines of communication open! On occasion, I've called him on a weekend & he always responded. The billing department was also on the same level as Dean & his workers. I would definitely hire them again & recommend them to everyone. Here are some pictures of the beginning of the project to the end.

Had a small bathroom in a 100 year old house gutted and updated. This group has the nicest craftsmen working with them. They worked around our schedule without problem. ZWas very comfortable leaving them alone in the house.

We've used Adrian BG for two projects: Total bathroom remodel, total kitchen remodel, in both cases down to studs. Craftspeople are professional, friendly, and do great work. Project management is excellent: Great communication, great follow-up, great attention to detail and quality. Extremely happy with the cost and outcome of both projects. Highly recommended.

We love Adrian Builders!!! We hired them to remodel our downstairs bathroom. They did an amazing job. The bathroom looks amazing!!!! The guys are all so wonderful & friendly!! Always cleaned up everyday. Dean was in touch constantly every step of the way during the project. We were so happy we decided to ask for a quote to have our kitchen remodeled and decided to have them do that project as well. Again, nothing but the best from them. I hired them to add and install additional windows on each side of the fireplace in my home. And I was very happy with the results.

Service was fantastic, and they always let me know when they were coming to my house. They protected the floors as they moved around in the house. Employees were very friendly! Their supervisor was very knowledgable. Every aspect of the project was reviewed for proper installation and care. The secretaries in the office were friendly and always answered my questions. I will use them again for my next remodeling project.

Gave us the house of our dreams! We bought a "fixer upper" that was quirky, and the dynamic duo of Michael Seintourens and Tim Baker gave us everything we wanted in a kitchen and garage addition remodel (see our before and after photos). It took some "out of the box" thinking, but we enjoyed every moment of the process, even when some unexpected problems were discovered behind these old walls! The prices and timing of the project were completely transparent. Any and all concerns were addressed immediately. I cannot recommend Adrian Builders Group enough. In fact, we are planning our next project, and are hoping they have availability in the 2025!
