We noticed that our hot water heater was leaking and Medrano and his team came out that same day and took care of it! No issues at all. It did not take long to get the job done. They were friendly and had great customer service!

After a few weeks of entering my email “wrong”, a proposal for work on my house was finally sent. I accepted the proposal and talked to Jose on the phone. I was directed to have my tenants schedule with him. They kept getting the run around for almost 2 months before being completely ignored. When I contacted Jose to see what was up, he gave me different direction and then cancelled the job. This set us back several months of work. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Jose and his team were amazing! From the estimate visit to the actual work, Jose was responsive and transparent. His team replaced my old hot water heater in my attic with a tankless heater and were able to start and finish the job in the same day, which included electrical and plumbing work. I was incredibly impressed with Jose’s availability and the quality of the work performed, as well as the incredibly reasonable price! I immediately hired his team for another project, and will continue to do so in the future! Thanks, Jose!!

Rats ruined my attic. The Insulation Doctor came and removed and replaced my insulation, sanitized it, and sealed all of the holes. Happy with the service!

Called and scheduled an estimate, ended up having a "no call, no show". Called back and the receptionist who was noticeably caught off-guard kept me on hold for a few minutes then attempted to transfer me to another number. No answer, left a message, no returned phone call. Probably a descent company, I just don't have time to be left hanging in the wind. I went with another local company. Two stars for the attempt by the receptionist.

An amazing company ! They give you a free estimate just to have one of their top notch inspectors come out and give you a reasonable price for the job! Fast to schedule ! The office staff, inspectors, and technicians are super friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions you may have ! Definitely recommend !!!

Jimmy & his crew did an amazing job taking out old insulation and putting in new insulation and keeping me informed about the process. A very professional job followed by Jimmy's meticulous quality control.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We were faced with a pretty tragic emergency situation over the holiday weekend and didn't even know if they could help us. Andrea, the office manager, was incredibly kind and reassuring and said that if they couldn't help us, they would help us find someone who could. She reached out to Josh, who responded almost instantly and he assessed the situation and said they would absolutely try to help us. The team showed up exactly when they said they would and were incredibly professional, got the job done and made our horrifying catastrophe manageable. They were AMAZING. Again, I cannot say enough good about this company. I will recommend them to anyone with insulation needs. Its not just about the service they provided, which was nothing short of spectacular, but the care and reassurance they gave us in what was easily the most devastating house disaster we've ever gone through.
