I had an excellent experience with Skip in fact he gave me the best deal out of every contractor! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. The crew constantly kept me updated, sent me pictures, double checked, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Mike and his team did a wonderful job on my den. Our home is 39 years old. They replaced the paneling, tore out my carpet, installed sheetrock and painted the room. It looks beautiful! We were impressed with the quality of work and the price we paid.

This was my first time using a contractor and I have to say I can not imagine a better outcome! Creative Living did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen. Skip and Mike were very professional and easy to communicate with. They worked around my crazy schedule while remaining prompt and still staying within the estimated timeline. The workmanship is beautiful and exactly how I pictured. I would recommend Creative Living to anyone!

My husband is deployed to Afghanistan. I had Home Depot do an estimate on a roofing, siding and gutter job on my house. I had to use a POA contract to open the loan. They said they don't accept POA for a Home Depot credit card and was instead steered towards a Project Loan to complete the process. I was approved for 20k, with the estimate of the job being a total of around 24k, with the agreement that I pay the outstanding balance at the completion of the job. I got my card in the mail and was then told by financial that they couldn't bill the card for any of the work until I activated the card, which I tried to do, only to be told that they don't accept POA for a project loan either and they closed my account on the spot. The work had already started. The roof was on and the siding job had started. So I called financial again. In the meantime I went to the store and was put on the phone with someone who helped me by contacting the COO and got the loan pushed through. They billed the siding and gutters, but not the roof yet, so I took what money I had and put it towards the balance to pay it down so there was enough room on the card for the roof to be billed. I'm now being told I don't have a revolving line of credit and they are trying to hold me responsible for the entire amount of the roof out of pocket, which is $8200. No one told me this wasn't a revolving line of credit and I'm not trying to reneg on the debt, I just want it put on the card so that I can make reasonable payments on it until it's paid off. They are being VERY uncooperative and aren't trying to work with me at all. I feel that this is bad business practice on their part, and I will not EVER do business with them again. I did this as a surprise for my husband when he returned from Afghanistan for R&R and it has been nothing but a nightmare, and now I have to have HIM clean up this mess. I in no way hold the actual store responsible for this, my in store experience has always been very positive.

We had Medrano & Sons repair and paint drywall and stairway damaged as a result of flooding. They did a fantastic job. Work was completed quickly and when they said it would be done. I trust them and will use them again if needed.

I was referred to this company by a good friend of mine. What a great company! I called Jose with an emergent request to have a GFI outlet installed in my laundry room because my tankless water heater broke and I had a short window to have it installed. Jose was very courteous and immediately agree to come in early the next morning to make sure the outlet was installed before the company would show to install the water heater. He showed up way early and completed the job in record time, way before the plumbing company showed up to install the water heater. He left the worksite clean like nothing ever happened. He also recommended a dry wall contractor to repair the dry wall. If you want a job done right the first time, you must hire Jose with Medrano and Sons. Kudos to Jose and his assistant!

Medrano and Sons saved my project from a bad contractor. They showed up and helped me finish my Kung Fu School quickly at very reasonable prices. They scheduled all my inspections, walked me through the entire process, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Not only that, but the work was extremely well done. In just two months they created a new back deck, installed insulation, drywall, moulding, trim, and HVAC that passed all the city inspections for a commerical property. I felt like they had my back the entire time and wanted me to get my business up and running just as much as I did.

Jose came out late Saturday night to fix a fast leak starting on the second floor down to the first floor family room!.
He found the cause of the leak within minutes and was able to repair it quickly,
This was the first time I had used him based on a friends recommendation and will make him my go to plumber and contractor.

Was referred by Mr. Hare when our gas water heater went out. I called Jose on a Saturday night and he had someone out on Sunday. Rogelio installed a new unit and did a great job. Thank you for top notch service.
