Gutter reviews in Virginia Beach, Virginia

The crew at Lines Gutters did a wonderful job. Great service good looking product at the end and they cleaned up well.

I recently had Lines Gutters install new gutters and gutter guards with downspouts and the customer service and product was excellent. Josh and his crew did a great job and Samantha was attentive and helpful. I give this company 5 stars for quality and value for the money. Thank you for the great work!

We have just recently had Lines Seamless Gutter Inc install new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards on our house. Everything started as a discussion with Bo Lines, the owner, at the February 2025 Hampton Roads Home Show held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. Bo was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the discussion.
We had already had 2 other companies come out to give us estimates, and while Lines Seamless Gutter Inc may not have provided the lowest estimate, they gave me an honest up front price which included the different options that we discussed. The lowest estimate did not appear to an honest one, because that company employed high pressure sales tactics and ended up cutting their initial estimate in half. Due to the steep pitch of our roof, Bo suggested upgrading to 6 inch gutters and 3 x 4 inch downspouts to properly handle the flow. We went with that option and are very glad we did.
The actual gutter and downspout replacement took place from 15 to 16 May 2025. In addition to Bo providing the oversight, we had Tyler, Noah, Lucas, Ryan, Cody, Colton, David, and Matt actually doing the gutter and downspout replacement. All installers were respectful, courteous, and professional. They removed all debris each day. On the last day of installation, all 3 of Bo's install teams were working on our install!
For those considering looking into gutter and downspout replacement, I fully recommend Lines Seamless Gutter Inc to do the job. They are a family owned business with over 20 years of experience in the Hampton Roads area, and the estimate is free.

Lines Seamless Gutters did a fantastic job installing my new gutters. Very satisfied with their work.

Had seamless gutters and guards replaced today, the estimate and install were seamless also. Can’t wait to see how well they work. Good work guys. Merry Christmas.

The Lines team did an awesome job installing our new gutter. They were professional and kept the job site clean. Highly recommend them for your new gutters!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I contacted them to schedule a quote and they were able to come the next day. Their price was very fair and competitive, and I loved supporting a small local family business. I was able to get the work scheduled in less than a weeks time, which was amazing! The work is outstanding and the color match to my house is perfect! Sam and Matt were so great to work with! Definitely consider using this company, you can’t go wrong!

After several estimates, I chose to go with Lines Seamless Gutter, from getting the estimate to getting gutters installed was such a smooth process, Samantha in the office was great at communicating with me, answered any and all questions! The day of install David and Tyler arrived promptly within the time slot I was given!! They went right to work removing my old gutters, and even replacing a small section of wood that had rotted before installing my new 6inch gutters!! It began to storm while they were trying to work, and instead of packing up, they literally waited out the storm and got right back to work to finish the job! David and Tyler did an AMAZING JOB!! So if you are in the market for new gutters, go with Lines Seamless Gutter, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I contacted Lines to get a quote for seamless gutter installation and gutter guards. I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh. He explained everything to me about the products, warranties, and installation process. I got my quote the next day, and he gave me the number to reach him directly if I had any questions. I didn’t immediately accept, as I was gathering quotes from other companies as well. After gathering quotes, I ended up going with this company. The customer service was the best, from the office staff to the installation crew. The prices are a plus too.. The crew arrived on the scheduled date on time, and were so polite. They installed beautiful seamless gutters and gutter guards on my house, cleaned up everything, and took away all the trash. The appearance of my home is so much better and I don’t have to worry about the drips from the seams anymore. I would most definitely recommend this company. They are listed as WAVY TV 10 experts on your side for a reason.

Amazing customer service. Everyone is so nice and friendly from calling for a quote to meeting with the tech for the estimate. Always on time. The crew that installed the gutters had amazing craftsmanship. The quality of work for the price can’t be beat by anyone else. This is my second house I’ve used Lines Seamless Gutters and I will continue to do so! Great family owned company with family in the field. I highly recommend over other companies! Very price friendly!

What can I say? This is one of the most professional companies I have worked with. From start to finished they did everything expected. We need more professional companies like this in VA with great customer service....Thanks Bo!

So far so good. They were able to put up our gutters despite some tight corners. Communications were great, they were on time and cleaned up everything.

We haven't had a big rain yet, so we will see.

We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They were prompt in responding to our inquiry and provided a quick, competitive estimate. The team showed up on time, completed the work efficiently, and the results look fantastic. We had 6-inch gutters with guards installed, and the upgrade has already made a noticeable difference. The installation was clean and professional, highly recommend if you’re looking for quality workmanship and great customer service!

They did a great job on my gutters and the price seemed reasonable. I saw them doing my neighbors gutters, I went over to ask them for a quick quote on mine and they ended up doing them that day.

They did gutters and downspouts on my whole house and the job they did was exactly. My Wife and I are extremely happy with our gutters and downspouts. I would recommend Lines seamless gutters to anybody that is looking to get gutters and downspouts done on their house

Stellar customer service, quick to respond, reasonable prices, friendly! Has an issue with my rain spout getting ripped off my house during a storm. Bo responded within 24 hours, he & his son replaced the parts & took the broken parts away. Going to use Line Gutters to replace our homes gutters.

Professional in every way. Communication is great both on the jobsite and via the office. The field team of installers are courteous and when they left, other than the new gutters, you couldn’t even tell they’d been there.

Had gutters installed on the back of my house. The price was reasonable, and the installation was done quickly and professionally. Quality work! Highly recommended.

Lines Gutters did such a great job installing a new gutter system on the home I just bought. They arrived on time and knocked out the task in under 2 hours. The quality of the work and produced they used where top tier and didn't cost as much as the competitors. Would recommend to anyone!

We had an employee come and talk with my husband about our gutter needs. He was very knowledgeable and friendly in the next day. They sent us an estimate. One week later we have our new gutters installed and they are beautiful. The color matches perfectly and they didn’t excellent job and cleaned up all the mess. We were very happy with this company and will definitely use them again if we need to.

Lines did a great job putting up new gutters at my home. They were very kind and went above and beyond taking care of a few projects I needed help with. One example of that is, they took the time to put my rain barrels up. They were also very professional, reasonably priced, and they have a great product. I highly recommend them.
