Gutter reviews in Virginia Beach, Virginia

Lines Seamless Gutter Inc. came in and made some critical repairs on unfinished downspouts near our covered porch, as other Virginia Beach Gutter companies refused because the job wasn't big enough for their profit margin. Excellent job. We wish we had used them earlier in the rainy season, rather than bouncing around other contractors, as our porch continued to flood due to unfinished downspouts while we waited for them to make up their minds.

The customer service from Samantha, the office manager, to David and his team have been top-notch! They responded quickly to survey and provide an estimate -- an estimate that was very reasonable based on the comparison to other estimates with comparable products that I had received. Once I was ready to schedule installation, they were able to come out the very next week. I have a 3-story (really 3.5-story) house, and the team only took about 4 hours start to finish -- and I didn't see a bunch of trash or screws left on the ground. The real test will be our next good rain, and I'm excited to see how well my new gutters work. So my neighbors can probably expect to see me standing out in the next good rain looking up at my new shiny gutters!

We recently had new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards installed at our home. There have been a couple strong storms come through and everything has performed perfectly. The team explained their process, worked efficiently and the quote process was detailed. I had 3 other quotes and Lines Seamless Gutter matched quality with a fair price. We are happy with the result and highly recommend them.

I don't make reviews often but I was extremely pleased by this company. They did work on my house last year and I'm still so satisfied by what they did that I'm reaching out a year later to review what they did.

Price, quality, service, were all legitimately five stars. Amazing service, great workmanship, great materials. The price was below all other estimates though if I had known their work I would have paid twice as much without question.

The bottom line is, as of 2026, don't look further. Choose this company and get your gutters done and be confident that you made a good choice. This is the one.

Lines was great to work with! From getting an estimate that turned into getting gutters installed the next week at a reasonable price! These guys did the job wonderfully and happily let my toddler watch and ask all the questions about what they were doing. Very happy with the outcome and the water direction with the heavy rains this past weekend. If I could give more stars than 5 I would!

Lines Seamless Gutter Inc. is THE Gutter Company that I would recommend to everyone, including my family and friends. From the first contact with the owner, the Office Staff to installation of my new gutters, I am extremely satisfied with the very professional job that was done. The installers were extremely knowledgeable and even pointed out an issue that I had that was separate from the gutter installation. They were very customer-oriented.
I had interviewed 7 companies before choosing Lines Seamless Gutter Inc. and had taken many notes throughout, however, I felt this company was my best choice and I have no regrets. Having chosen one of the local companies, I feel this company will be there for me should there be any issues in the future, and the company is also there to service any needs in general relative to the gutters. I feel that peace of mind is everything and I have that haven chosen Lines Seamless Gutter Inc. to install my gutters.
Why don't you try them? I don't think you will be sorry!

Thank you,
Barbara L. Saulter

Lines seamless gutter guys did a great job. They came after the Noreaster we had follwing the snow last week ripped them off ny house. They arrived early, got my gutters replaced very fast. Everything was secured & done properly. Their prices are reasonable, actually they are lower than most notable companies in the Hampton Roads area. I'd highly recommend using their services.

We were very pleased with the work done by Gutters Matter. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, the whole team was very professional. They also took care to avoid the cameras and solar panels, while still being very thorough with cleaning out the gutters and did a great job! We will definitely go with Gutters Matter again and highly recommend them.

I was very impressed and pleased with Gutters Matter. The guys who came to clean the gutters were professional in work and in conversation, very hardworking and went above and beyond my expectations. Once they were done, they shared with me via email before/after photos of the cleaning. I found their quote to be very reasonable for the work and effort they put in. I would highly, highly recommend them w/o reservation.

Solid company. They've always been exactly on time and extremely friendly. Easy to book and very responsive. The gutters are always spotless (they send pics) and they've helped identify some soft spots in the roof as well as made minor gutter repairs on the spot. Highly recommended for the 757 area; I won't use anyone else!

Gutters Matter is a wonderful company! I had a very positive experience with them. Mervan, Jack, and the team were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They did a great job installing new downspouts and adding extensions to them. Their customer service is excellent! I highly recommend Gutters Matter!

The crew came to our house and they were very professional and efficient. They did and excellent job repairing our gutters. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Had the best experience with Gutters Matter. They understood our needs and worked with us on timing. Cleaned up everything when they were finished. My house looks so much better with the new gutters.

This company is very responsive, providing quick quotes and getting us immediately onto their schedule. The installers were friendly, professional, efficient, did high quality work, and accommodated specific requests regarding downspout placement. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with GUTTERS MATTER LLC for a gutter guard installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, Adam and his teammate were incredibly professional and efficient. They arrived right on time, ready to tackle the job, and finished just ahead of schedule, showcasing their excellent time management.

Adam’s attention to detail was absolutely on point. He took extra care in thoroughly cleaning the gutters and making minor repairs and adjustments as needed prior to install, which gave me confidence in the quality of the work. The team provided clear before and after pictures, allowing me to see the impressive transformation of my gutters. Their commitment to transparency is truly commendable!

What really stood out was their responsiveness. Whether I reached out via email, text, or phone call, someone was always quick to reply and address any questions I had. The turnaround time from quote to installation was just about a week, which was fantastic!

Throughout the process, they maintained a clean workspace, tidying up as they went along, making the experience even more enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the team’s collaboration which resulted in a smooth and efficient process.

Overall, my experience with GUTTERS MATTER LLC was excellent. Adam and his assistant truly set themselves apart with their professionalism and care. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of gutter services!

Very happy with Gutters Matter. They came out quickly for a free estimate, listened to what we wanted, offered a competitive price as compared to two other quotes, and then were able to schedule us very soon. They showed up to install on time, answered some additional questions we had, and got right to work. The crew was professional, polite and hard working, and their manager, Mervan, was on site throughout the day and made sure we understood what they were doing and that we were happy with their work. Plus they did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship. We had 6-inch gutters with leaf guard put in. It looks great. We had the gutters installed a week ago and watched to see how they faired through the weekend weather with some pretty heavy rain. Everything went very well. Definitely would recommend using Gutters Matter.

I had my gutters replaced and gutter guards installed by Gutters Matter, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. The team was super friendly and easy to work with from the very beginning. They explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what I was getting, and their prices were very fair compared to others I looked into.

The whole process was so smooth—they showed up on time, worked quickly, and left everything spotless when they finished. The new gutters and guards look amazing and are already making a huge difference when it rains. If you want a company that’s professional but also easy to deal with, I’d definitely recommend Gutters Matter. They made the whole experience stress-free!

Since Gutters Matter installed my new gutters there have been a couple of big thunderstorms and my new gutters work perfect and look beautiful. I’m happy to find an honest company that does excellent work. I highly recommend them. They quoted a fair price, showed up on time, did a quality installation and left no trash behind.

Thank you to the Gutters Matter management and field team. They provided excellent service in a timely and satisfactory manner. From start to bottom, the team fulfilled all their commitments. No surprise, no hidden fee. We highly recommend the company. Thank you, guys.
