We recently hired AAA Cleaning Service for a deep clean. Our first time contracting such a service, and we were impressed. Emmy and her team did a fabulous job. The ladies were courteous, professional, and thorough. Our home smells great, and our kitchen & bathrooms sparkle! We would use them again.

After 5 cleanings, I am not using this company anymore. This honest review is for the benefit of future clients. On 2 out of the 5 monthly cleanings, she cancelled on me. Once, they just didn't show up. She said she forgot to put me on her schedule even though I have a text, confirming the date/time of the clean. Communication is fine when she's trying to get your business but practically non-existent after the first clean. I suggested to her that she might want to give clients a text, the day before the clean, to confirm they were coming but she said they only do that for the 1st clean. The first clean was not great and the owner showed up initially, for the 1st one, to instruct the crew. I still had the girls go back and re-do some areas that were not done well or that were missed completely. I asked the owner if she had put my cleaning specifics in my "client notes" so the girls could see them for the next time. She said she doesn't use client notes but said it was a good suggestion for her to start doing that. She assured me that my concerns would be passed on so future cleans would be right. For future cleans, it was apparent that some form of "notes" were still was not being used, as any new girls coming to clean still did not have all the specifics. So, each clean, except for 1, there continued to be things that were either done poorly or not done at all. So I would have to ask the girls to do them. She told me that I could pass down what I wanted them to do and they would do it. However, I told her that I would not always be home and I did not think that it was my responsibility to always have to remind them what to do. Also, the staff speak very little English, so we had to use a phone app to communicate. That became frustrating when I was trying to explain something that needed done. During one clean, an item was broken but the girl did not tell me she had broken it. I had to find it myself later, so there became a trust issue with her. The owner said she spoke to that girl about it and she was not sent to my house again. The final straw for me was on the last clean, where she sent only 2 girls instead of 3 but the amount of time they were here cleaning was EXACTLY the same. SO many things did not get done or again, were done poorly because they were rushing through to get done quickly, as I was the last clean for the day. The owner initially defended the cleaning time and said they were only there to "maintain" the house, so the cleaning time could vary. After I told her about all the things that were not done, or half done, she finally decided I was right after talking to her girls. I told her I didn't want to use the service anymore unless she could always send the 3 girls and continue to do all the tasks on the list that I asked for monthly. She said she could not guarantee that. I told her I was going to write an honest review about my experience with her business. She sent me a follow on text and was very apologetic and concerned about the review. She said she was going to void my last check for the "unsatisfactory" clean. I think she was only concerned about what I was going to write in the review. Time will tell.

Just had my house cleaned by Emy and her wonderful crew at AAA Professional Cleaning. The ladies did a fabulous job. Attention to every detail. House was spotless and smelled great. The ladies themselves were very professional, clean, considerate, and friendly. Will be using again and would highly recommend AAA Professional Cleaning.

I can not recommend AAA Cleaning Company in Virginia Beach enough! When I called them during my out-of-state visit, they were able to come the same day, which was a lifesaver. My sister's stove had been left in a terrible state by her home care attendants, and I couldn’t get the baked-on grease off with regular oven cleaner. AAA’s team worked wonders and got the stove sparkling clean again! Their professionalism, prompt service, and incredible attention to detail were outstanding. AAA cleaning service gave us a SUPERLATIVE cleaning job. They came to my 94 year old parents home which had not been really properly cleaned for some time and when they left it sparkled! They were on their hands and knees scrubbing the bathroom floors, cleaning every window sill, dusting every surface and mopping ever floor and corner of their home. We are THRILLED with the job they did and how kind and hospitable Emmy was in scheduling the job and how lovely the ladies were who came to our home to clean. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely use them again and again. They were as good as it gets.

We needed new cleaning service for elderly mother's home near VB courthouse. AAA was closeby w/ good reviews, an easy decision. AAA cleaning crew arrived on time, seemed happy to do the job, were fully equipped & eager to work. Ms Emmy was clear about diff levels of cleaning and the cost of each. She made it easy to understand what to expect.
I must say I was pleasantly surprised by AAA crew's professionalism and efficiency. They went right to work & didn't stop until they were done - no messing around or rest breaks. The team did an excellent job on everything we discussed. They were polite and pleasant to have in Mom's home. We are very pleased with the meticulous cleaning - it was no easy job!
