Wonderful Service! Mike was very easy to work with and he gave me a great price for cleaning my condo before I moved out. He kept me updated with his ETA before his arrival which was a big help. The quality of the work was top notch and I was very satisfied with my service over all. Highly recommend this company if you need some cleaning done.

Michael is the best. He's been cleaning our house weekly for the past 6 months and we love it. He is very reliable and extremely professional. Whenever we have a special request for an area at the house he's able to accommodate or he's upfront about the additional cost, if any. We provide regular feedback on the cleaning service he provides and he appreciates it. The cleaning itself that Michael does is awesome, very professional and the whole house not only is clean the way we like it, but it also smells so great after he leaves. 10 stars!

This is the best cleaning company I have ever used!! They are very detail oriented! They even cleaned my baseboards, the doors, the door trim, pictures on the walls...you name it, they did it! I even had them do my carpets, and that look amazing! They were extremely polite, friendly AND professional. I will definitely be calling them again!

Roommate left his room and bathroom in a bad state.

Cleaners did the dirty work with great attention to detail, even noticing that the first pass at wiping the walls wasn't going to cut it and going over them more than once.

I reached out to Michael to clean our rental house for move out inspection. He was very polite, and contacted me through both email and text to confirm services. He texted to let me know he was on his way and even arrived 10 minutes early. He did a great job cleaning the entire house, including the oven (which I had unsuccessfully attempted). The landlord was happy with the final cleaning and so was I. I would highly recommend So Clean for any level of cleaning.

Due to a PCS transfer we had to put our home on the market to rent. In preparing to do I am so glad we chose this company. Our home is not small at all and the detailed deep cleaning that was done was outstanding! Professionalism and customer service was A1. I reached out to this company over a week ago, and was told I would be given a call to be placed on the schedule the next day. It's been over a week.. I have made multiple calls, left multiple voicemails, and sent a text message. No response or follow up at all. Normally I wouldn't have even sweated a business that was ignoring me, but I was trying to hopeful because I was so excited to have them come out after reading all of their reviews, and services they offer.

We used So Clean for a move-in clean and carpet clean and we are very happy! I have very (perhaps unrealisticly) high standards for cleaning and the team worked hard to make sure those standards were met. Due to my own childcare issues, I was not able to do a final walk through at the end of the cleaning but did walk through myself the next day. I found a few minor things that had been missed (very few, and I literally obsessively went through the house, running my finger on every surface, opening every drawer/cabinet, etc) and when I spoke to the owner he very clearly wanted to make things right and ensure I was highly satisfied. This obviously would have been done the day of the cleaning if I had been able to return to the house. He offered to come back to the house later that day to touch up but because we had movers coming that was not possible. Therefore we agreed to decrease the bill by a reasonable and fair amount. These guys aim to please and are definitely worth the money spent! I would recommend them without reservation and will be using this company again in the future.

We found So Clean Virginia Beach online. I was looking for a cleaning service that specializes in move outs. Their website was very straightforward and descriptive, and the reviews looked great, so we booked an appointment online. Anell got us set up very efficiently to clean our 2600 square foot home of 16 years. The crew and their work today really exceeded our expectations. They were clean cut, professional and THOROUGH. Their level of detail with our windows was outstanding (and the windows definitely needed work). They deep cleaned the two rooms that were carpeted as well as the walk in closet, and the results were great. Refrigerator clean outs were detailed and thorough. Our realtor took a look when they were 75% done and said, “Wow! This looks like new construction.” A team of three professionals worked on our home today, and we could not have asked for a better end result.

If I could rate them a 10 …I would! They did a “ move in “ deep clean of a newly purchased home that had been vacant and neglected for two years! You can imagine the filth! They did an amazing job!…They have the best team! The owner, Mike is a true professional and was most accommodating in fitting us in as soon as possible….thanks for all your hard work! It was truly appreciated!

Amazing job!! Very punctual and professional. My appliances look brand new and the house smells amazing. I have dogs and I can’t believe how clean my baseboards are! I could go on And on about how wonderful everything looks. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

So Clean did an amazing job, they were on time, finished in the estimated time, and cleaned literally everything. We had just repainted the bathroom ceiling and some paint was on the under side of the shower head, when I went back to clean it off, it was gone! They are that thorough! Place looked amazing and smelled fresh and clean! I will use them again but next time for my house! I want to enjoy it!

Hired their services for my house prior to turning over to renters. WOW. They worked for 7 hours (2100 sq ft) and it showed. Every nook and cranny in the house was cleaned, they opened the windows and cleaned behind the glass, cleaned every blind in my sun room, etc. The house looked brand new. They were also incredibly nice to work with as well and gave military discount! The cost/hours is an investment but well worth it. Excellent team - won’t be hiring anyone else after knowing this company exists.

Met these guys yesterday and woke today with with such peace of mind. My house has never looked like this, or smelled this good. Mike and Anel were super fast and super detailed. They didn’t talk on their phones, or even to each other, just each took a room and went to work. They used only the best products and on top of everything were so friendly and kind.
Most definitely will be asking them to come back especially for the holidays.

My experience with So Clean was great from start to finish! I am selling my house and it needed a thorough cleaning, which I did not have the time (or energy) to do. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly, at a convenient date for me. The crew came in and got right to work. The level of professionalism and detail made me feel good that I had picked the right company. Everyone worked hard the whole time they were there, but I can tell they all have a lighthearted attitude and great rapport with each other. I had stains on my front door before they got there that look like they were never there when they finished which saved me from having to have the door painted. Anel gave me information on where to find cleaning products they were using that I asked about. And Chris and Heather are two of the most hardworking ladies I have ever met! They maintained their professionalism and lighthearted attitude even after several hours of hard work. You won't be disappointed if you hire So Clean.

Mike was AWESOME. He was able to squeeze me in last minute after my closing date got moved multiple times. I didn't know if the carpet was worth doing, but they made it look and smell SO much better. It was shocking. The price for the quality of work is outstanding and they take care of the Veterans. I will absolutely use them again in the future!
